Horrible place to stay! We got downstairs for breakfast late and instead of just letting us know that we were too late, one of the guys working in the kitchen (short guy with gray hair and Baird) was so rude to us it was so embarrassing. Since the staff at the front desk saw and heard everything, I asked to speak to the manager and she refused and simply said no! This almost ruined my vacation.

Great place to stop while you are on your way to the mountains or sea. Clean, friendly reception, free secure parking, quiet, acceptable price and some restaurants very close. Will return!!!

Stayed for 3 nights back in May to go watch the football and explore the beautiful city. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with my poor french as they spoke very good english. Hotel is located not far away from the stadium, resturaunts which are recommended and a metro link to the city centre. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy, would highly recommend.

Little bit confusing for our group of 23, we landed in Lyon in the late evening and had to be booked into an hotel due to technical issues with our plane, we were looking for the Comfort Hotel, so not sure if this place is going through change of name/ownership. (May19). Got booked in, in the early hours of the morning. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, staff very helpful especially when a large group of people, probably 50 altogether arrived by coach to be booked in. Continental Breakfast was good, plenty to select from. Hotel within easy reach of the airport

This place gives the French the stereo type that they are absolutely rude. My family had booked reservations here and were told we could not stay here as as family because we had children. What a disgrace. Why would you want to book multiple rooms and mention on your website that kids stay free. The owner and wife are mean and rude. Do not stay here. If you are not French do not stay here. Place is very lonely and bad location. Wonder how they would make there income when there are not events at the stadium. Any foreigner please stay away.

Rather inconveniently located away from city centre. There is only one good reason to pick this hotel, if you are an overnight visitor there to watch a soccer game. The stadium is within walking distance. The rooms are rather clean but without much amenities provided. Just basic clean sheets in room with shower. Nothing else is provided. However, this accommodation appears to be rather popular amongst the other hotels surrounding it, hence you can figure out how the rest fair compare after what I have mentioned. It was rather difficult to find a parking space within this accommodation should you return to this hotel after 2130 hours.

This would have rated more stars if the reception staff were pleasant. The girl on the desk was arrogant and patronising giving the impression that we were disturbing her evening chat with her colleague. This was rather disappointing as the staff I have met at most Kyriad hotels are quite the opposite (we use this chain regularly on some of our tours) We both speak French and initiated the conversation in French. However her response was to speak fast, and mumble. I would suggest that if she doesn't like dealing with foreigners the hotel business is not the best career for her.

Rooms are very nice, staff very pleasant. It is annoying that the entrace gate is locked at night so you have to buzz reception for entry. I guess this is a security measure but nobody had mentioned it at check in. Also it is weird that the hotel has no bar or room service. All in all we were looking for somewhere to stay whilst watching a football game, this did the job.

Nice hotel with super friendly staff, very helpful. The rooms are affordable and well equipped. Enjoyed my stay. Parking is for free. There is a fast (50kw) EV charger down the road.

Nice hotel close to OL stadium

Hotel is good enough for a few nights. There are minor problems like a short and not solid mounted water tap and a shower which floods the bathroom every time you take a shower. There could also be some more plugs in the room. Service is nice and at least some are able to speak English. Breakfast is good for the price. The hotel is quite far from public transport to get to Gare Part Dieu.

I felt welcome and they all speak very good english. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I wish the room was bigger and with a colorful painting on the wall. Thanks for having coffee in the room. Good shower. Breakfast could be a bit more interesting. Thanks for being helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel

Great experience. Friendly staff. Good customer service. Every year on our way to Ski we stay for a night in this hotel, close to shops & restaurant.
