We ordered 50 pcs.1 pc burger steak. After the packing i asked 1 of their personnel for help. And she said "OK sir", i've waited until 10 minutes, no one can helped me.> Poor service here in Jolibee Bacao Gen. Trias Cavite

Chicken are too small for the normal serving, spaghetti is good. Eventhough it is still good but the overall satisfaction, do not meet my expectation.

I loved Jollibee I like the taste of their food. Their staff are also accommodating but the problem is they don't have enough space for the customer specially when occasional celebration come like mother's day, father's day and etc. I think they need more space.😎😉😉😊😊😊

It is near the police station yet the police doesn't care about the child begging on the cars on the drive thru. I gave coins in the child and he took it but insisted that he also want my food. They are making the convenient inconvenient.

I was asked what chicken, i said wings. The cashier said yes it's available, and still they gave us thigh and leg. And also the palabok's sauce was so dry.

Very disappointed, this is what i experienced with this branch tonight, the teller told me my order will be ready in 7-10mins, after 20mins i ask again if my food is ready as my movie will start in 5 mins, and boom! The attendant told me to wait additional 10 more mins, after waiting 10mins, still no food, i call the attention of the manager and i told him that i was asked to wait 10mins for my 2pcs Jolly Hotdog meal and after more than 30mins no food is available. So the manager went to the kitchen and he did the packing of my food. This branch is not the best Jollibee if you are in a rush. I arrived in the cinema late.
