I get yoked here with my boys on the daily. The gym could use a few improvements such as a squat rack. Almost broke my back squatting on the shoulder press. Music sucks and the crowd is kinda old which brings a bad vibe. One of my favorite places to lift though!

Beatiful environment. Good for nice afternoon relaxing walks. The establishment is beautiful, very well up kept and clean. Love coming here to play volleyball and work out .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym facilities are in some of the cleanest conditions I've ever seen for a gym. Parks near by looked really good for the kids. Day passes we're only $10. Very worth it.

Excellent staff, reasonably priced, excellent facility, good variety of equipment for all levels and most importantly well maintained and clean. They will actually take action on a suggestion or minor complaint. The big, national clubs spend all day trying to sell memberships and alot less time taking care of you after you sign up. Highly recommended.

Just joined. Great rec center for a quick workout. Friendly staff and clean environment. The track upstairs is nice for days that are a bit too cold too run.

This is a really fantastic gym! The workouts are fun, high energy, suitable for all levels, and change every day so you never get bored while getting a great full-body workout.

Nice clean gym, never too busy and plenty of cardio equipment. Lifting equipment weights are always out of order because the younger gym members couldn’t be bothered to rerack their weights though. Friendly staff
