    Don't come here if you are English speaking and want to save your time. All the doctors they have are French speaking. They made me wait 2 hours just to get a prescription for a sore throat. It was horrible!!

    I did pcr test. The laboratory sent the results but not the certificate / pass. I called them and they said “they are not responsible, despite they are the ones getting paid by me” I called the laboratory they told me “they forgot and they will sent it shortly”. Despite this they never sent!! It is very easy to pass the responsibility to the lab and the lab to the clinic, but in the end of the day I paid and did not receive what I needed and paid for ! I had to look last minute for another COVID to be able to travel as I planned! And of course paid both. If it was for them I would have missed my flight!!

    I was recently at Clinic La Colline for a knee surgery and, from start to finish, the staff was amazing: my surgeon, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, the physio support. Even the food was great: so necessary to help with the early recovery! Thanks to everyone at the clinic for helping me get back on my feet!

    This clinic is first rate and takes really good care of you. I came for a minor operation with one overnight stay. The personnel are kind and professional and you have all the information and followups that you need. I would not hesitate to choose this clinic again.

    I am, in general, very scared of any intervention to my body. But everybody in the clinic starting from the reception to the doctor made me feel very comfortable and my overall experience was nothing short of perfect. Thank you for your service. I hope I don't need to visit again soon, but if I do, I know I'm in hands of absolute professionals.

    5 out of 5 on all levels. All the employees are competent, friendly and take care of you perfectly. Everything is clean, the place is aesthetically pleasing, the food is good. I had a back operation there and couldn't have hoped for better in terms of location, for an operation which also went very well.

    3 hours of waiting in the emergency room to leave with the same problems for which I came and leave without treatment or solution to my complaints! And additional neck pain from sitting in an uncomfortable chair. On the other hand, the bill will not fail to arrive! It's not what it used to be

    I had surgery on my back here. Changed my life. I have only good things to say about them. Excellent service, expert treatment, professional and listening staff, good food and nice room. English speakers should not worry as the staff always finds someone to help if needed. Highly recommended. Also came separately to emergency with my daughter who had a knee problem. Again a good experience despite of a busy hour. They have often lots of patients and better come early in the morning to avoid queues.

    A short overnight visit but everything was really good, one little uncertainty between the referring clinic and La Colline was dealt with very efficiently. Thanks to all the staff for a calm comfortable stay.

    Terrible. Made an appointment for 3pm, sat til 4:52pm then the clinic said a doctor was not assigned to the appointment, sorry. Very frustrating.

    Everything went wonderfully well at the Clinique la Colline throughout my stay. The kindness of the staff at reception, the nurses and caregivers, the special attention of the physiotherapists, the professionalism of the anesthesiologist and of course the surgeon...everything is done to make you feel the best possible in a particular moment of life. Thanks again to this great team 🙏

    Arrived at the emergency room on Monday for a fractured meniscus. The Dr does an x-ray (useless because the meniscus is visible on the MRI). No results so he sends us home with a voucher for an MRI instead of doing it on site. Result: complex meniscus fracture! 1 week waiting by the telephone with immense pain, without news from the Dr, the clinic, nor the secretariat despite numerous calls from us. “We will contact you” Finally 1 week later, see you in 2 months!?! We go elsewhere and get an appointment and surgery within the week in Vaud. Thank you for the inefficiency of this clinic, without any consideration for its patient.

    The experience at both the radiology and orthopedic reception has been quite disappointing. Multiple calls are required to locate appointments, callbacks are often missed, resulting in appointments being rescheduled for weeks later. Additionally, the interactions lack respectful communication. I am done with Hirslanden

    I went for the emergency. After an hour and a half of waiting I am directed to the examination room. I had to sit on a bed without being able to support myself for an hour and a half. With the fractured shoulder blade, I was very uncomfortable. The doctor on duty says we have to wait for the orthopedic surgeon. After 4 hours of waiting, the doctor on call told me to go home and she would call me to give me the surgeon's opinion. I received a call the next day! I was told to come back and see the surgeon in two weeks. I asked to send me the medical report by email. But they told me they can't so I asked to mail it to me they said they can't either and I have to pick up the report myself from reception. Then I asked to send the report to my attending physician. Unfortunately they still have not sent the report to my attending physician despite the request of my attending physician my file is blank at the hill clinic. I advise you if you have an emergency not to go to the hill clinic.

    In the emergency room because supposedly the most competent for orthopedic care. Dismal reception, doctor worse than the reception, a major cleaning of the staff and members of management would be necessary. Thank you and above all forever!

    When entering and heading towards reception, smile and welcome from the receptionist. Fast support Very professional and friendly nurses and doctors We just feel good and safe. And it's not the first time I've had this feeling Well done !

    Came here because the hospital Emergency was full and they told me to go in this clinic. 3 hours of waiting and I was alone in the waiting room. No others before of me for 3 hours. None have any information. An hell. Communication difficult in you don't use French

    ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS RECEPTIONISTS WHO CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH RESPECT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! Disgrace and a lot to waiting time. The emergency receptionists are uneducated who cannot even communicate in a civilised way. THE WORST!!

    Catastrophic care. Unable to even stand up. Acute lumbago. After examination concluding that there was no serious neurological damage, I was informed that there was no no bed available, I was kept in continuing care all day, without medication. And I was told go home with a prescription. However, I was unable to move. I had to request a transfer to HUG.
