Unfortunately our experience was not the best although I have known about this place for many years... Our room was very small and not at all what it looks like in the photographs on their website plus it was located above a noisy Terrace above another restaurant. The staff seemed very confused and not at all on top of what they should be doing. In the end they charged us for a suite but we've really only had a double room which was too small to take pictures 🙄

We had an incredible time staying here. The family who runs it welcome you like family. Our meals in the garden were beautiful - truly some of the best food we have had since living in Germany. Breakfast was gorgeous, and they provided us with bikes to explore the valley. The town is a hidden treasure, great jumping off point for hiking, biking, and wine exploring. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, with very helpful staff, a great garden for meals, and comfortable rooms. The hotel really pampers you, providing you with a welcome drink on arrival, attentive service during meals and sauna, which is great after a day of outdoor activities. Would definitely recommend!

Stunning looking hotel inside and out, rooms are superbly positioned and equipt well however there are issues. The room we stayed in was a little tired and in need of a little sprucing up. The air con did not work which lead to a really poor nights sleep and meant we had to open the door to our balcony which (although beautiful )was accessible to anyone using the sun terrace. A third of the body jets on the shower did not work and the door to the balcony stuck and had to be man handled open. Overall a lovely hotel with charming if inexperienced staff ( they forgot to check us in on arrival) and most gave the impression it was there first day . It is however a lovely hotel but feel they need to do a little maintenance and training to attain more stars.

Great service, they have very attentive staff. Spacious and beautiful rooms with nice view of the town. Spa provides a great area for relaxing and meditating.

In overall our quick journey was delightful. We felt that people of the hotel was very implied and always made sure everything was convenient for us. Infrastructures are great and the restaurant was on point with our expectations. We definitely recommend it.

Super nice staff with great place

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms, balcony, loby, terrace, they were so lovely. Nicely setted, very cozy small hotel. You should try the food at hotel restaurant. Omg!!!!! It was fantastic! One of the best stake in Germany!! Seriously good. Desert, soup, salad, food was all fastastic! Oh, the hotel breakfast is also ''must have''.

Good room, delicious restaurant and good hospitality

Great place. The hotel is cosy and modern - the pool area is very clean and well maintained. We also tried the restaurant - the food and the service were excellent!
