Stayed
here
whilst
visiting
Gent
for
3
days
2
nights.
The
staff
were
very
polite
and
helpful,
the
food
was
amazing
and
reasonably
priced,
and
the
facilities
were
good,
bar
a
few
points
I
shall
get
onto
later.
There
were
4
of
us
and
we
booked
2
rooms,
we
had
a
lock-off,
which
we
were
pleasantly
surprised
with
as
we
didn’t
specifically
book
this,
and
we
could
fit
the
tables
through
the
lock-off
door
(with
a
bit
of
wiggling),
meaning
at
dinner
time,
when
we
ordered
room
service,
we
could
have
a
nice
meal
all
together.
The
room
had
all
the
necessary
amenities,
including
a
mini-fridge,
which
was
a
nice
touch,
though
you
must
stock
this
yourself.
The
beds
were
comfy,
and
the
room
was
kept
warm
throughout
the
night.
We
did
have
a
couple
of
gripes
however:
-
The
hairdryer
in
one
of
the
rooms
did
not
work
properly.
-
The
sink
in
the
other
room
would
not
drain
-
The
rooms
were
not
ready
when
we
arrived,
even
though
we
were
told
one
of
them
was
-
We
weren’t
informed
about
tourist
tax
on
the
booking,
nor
were
we
informed
about
the
travel
disruptions
after
buying
a
CityCard
(which
could
be
used
for
travel)
Overall
we
were
very
satisfied
with
our
stay.
The
negatives
were
only
mild
inconveniences,
and
the
lack
of
information
was
expected
as
it
is
a
business
hotel,
not
a
tourist
hotel
after
all.
