I
ordered
a
mineral
wine
from
the
Alto
Adige
menu,
which
was
not
in
stock.
No
problem
I
guess,
that
happens.
The
waiter,
owner,
suggests
'something
similar'
from
Portugal
but
cannot
remember
the
grapes
'because
they
are
really
very
difficult'.
Ok,
for
a
waiter
in
a
wine
bar
that's
starting
to
seem
a
bit
strange
to
me,
but
anyway.
I
taste
it,
and
it
is
very
cold,
and
I
don't
taste
anything
for
a
moment
and
quickly
say
ok.
A
few
minutes
later
I
clearly
smell
oxidation
and
nothing
else
and
say
so.
I
get
the
response
that
'I
know
best
what
I
like'
and
get
a
new
glass
of
a
different,
correct
wine.
Strange
to
rephrase
the
problem
of
oxidized
wine
as
a
'matter
of
taste'.
Then
a
lady,
employed
by
the
owner,
runs
the
business
and
everything
suddenly
becomes
much
more
cordial,
more
professional,
more
fun...
Tip:
pay
her
well
and
learn
from
her...
arrogance
and
mediocre
wine
alone
won't
do
it.
save
for
a
long
time.
