Waiting time for just ONE plate of food to be served was way over 30 mins. A bottle of mineral water took over 20 mins and the tea that comes in a set meal which took 5-6 reminders for it to be finally served nearly at the end of our meal. The water is bottled and literally right over the counter, yet the waiters kept going back and forth wiping plates and utensils BY THE COUNTER. Other tables that came before & after us also got up to complain at the cashier, to no avail. RM17 for an horrifyingly bland Chicken Fried Rice (first photo). The rest of the food were decent but the Popcorn Chicken Pasta's sauce was slightly strange, sort of had a hint of thousand island sauce mixed into it, which didn't really go well with the cheese, in my opinion. It may be a little harsh, but the fastest and most efficiently completed task were directing new customers queuing outside to their tables. Disappointing service, overall.

Worst coffee ever. It really doesn’t do justice to the awesome Malaysian coffee. Even instant coffee taste better than this, and im not even exaggerating. Soft boil Eggs are not consistent and really small. The steamed bread is…. Just bread, neither soft nor hot. For the price they are charging, it is pretty damn bad. Service is fine. Nothing fantastic. Serving speed is acceptable too.

Last Tuesday (20/6/2023) morning, I went to Richdad for breakfast with my friends. I ordered the Traditional Noodle Curry Chicken, but to my horror, there was a cockroach on the dish when it was served. I brought it to the attention of the staff, who simply replaced the food without offering a proper apology. We mentioned the incident while paying, and only then were we given a 10% discount. This incident greatly affected our appetite. It's disheartening to experience such a hygiene issue in a restaurant that claims to have an A-grade rating.

Curry chicken noodle served without vegetable and potato, didn't inform us before payment. Served as per photo. Approach the counter and they just mentioned those ingredients not available. Sweeping the floor when there's diners around. If there's no training provided to your ground staffs and cooks, please shut this outlet down.

Coming here for breakfast, large poportions, good services and alright atmosphere, this place is at least 4 stars, though, the food isn’t too unique, it’s nice enough to not warrant a puke, besides that not much else to say. Overall, good for a quick grub and nothing else more.

Chee Cheong Fun was the worst tasting. Super salty. Requested and reminded for one without chilli, but they still serve with chilli. After reject, they just scoop out the chilli in their open kitchen and serve on another plate. Still hot and spicy. Kopi was good but will not be back.

This restaurant had many customers. So we thought the food must be good. I ordered toast bread and cham. The butter kaya didn't have the buttery taste and kaya didn't taste like genuine santan kaya. My wife ate chicken chop. The drumstick was hard and unappetising. Total bill came to a whopping RM48 for the breakfast.
