My visit to Beauty in a Pot at Genting Highlands was an interesting experience. Dining outdoors and enjoying hot pot in the cool surroundings was indeed pleasant. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pricing. For local standards, the prices weren't really affordable. Moreover, the mood was often spoiled by the presence of house flies, which would land on the raw food. This was quite off-putting. It would be great if the establishment could find a solution to manage this issue. Despite these drawbacks, the taste of the hot pot was good, and the variety of ingredients was satisfactory. In summary, a good hot pot option, but it could be made better by addressing these concerns.

Came to Beauty in a Pot countless of times in Genting. But this time was by far the best experience not just because of the food. But because of the service staff. Assistant Manager Ken Lo and crew provided exceptional service and ensuring that our experience would be great. Ken’s attention to details and situational awareness is impeccable as he reads and understand the customers needs and want. Ultimately, his service deserves to be recognized! Great job beauty’s team, with Ken Lo, you guys will always do well:)

Five-star rating, clean and tidy environment, exceptionally thoughtful and attentive service. Ying Jie is super diligent, providing proactive service without requests. The sauces she help to mix are also delicious, tailored to individual preferences, making our entire dining experience joyful and enjoyable.

Delicious collagen soup, meat platter are value for money. Drinks are free flow. Staff are very helpful. Top up 8rm for the sauces and fruits free flow, great to end the day. Book in advance or go at odd hours

Good service and atmosphere but very poor quality food. Collagen soup was bland. Tomato soup was okay. Chicken thigh was tough to chew. Toman fish was so bad, took a bite and all I could taste was the fishy odour in my mouth. Sliced pork wasn't good either. In fact, the pork paste tastes better. Extremely disappointed with the food despite paying a premium price.

Very very great experience to eat steamboat at such cold environment. Special shoutout to Sit Leng, Zi Hao, Xue Qi, Ying Jie and the team, very great service. Food very fresh and lots of condiments to choose from. You can celebrate birthday here as well, will get a very nice fruit platter and cute cake! Definitely worth it Btw need to book your table before yu come yea, long queue

We celebrate for lunch here this restaurant for my moms birthday Jan 21,2024 Wow I like it so much the food hotpot, the place is amazing so perfect I will recommend this restaurant if u come here in genting highland visit in Paradise group beauty and the pot. The staff also name jiansing is friendly he do ur order is quick.. love it this restaurant we will come again.
