Did
my
covid
test
for
flight
purpose
at
this
clinic,
they
offered
two
packages-
RM380
for
result
in
2-3
days,
RM500
for
result
to
be
released
in
24
hours.
The
doctor
will
call
to
explain
the
procedure
prior
booking,
while
I
have
mentioned
my
flight
time,
after
received
verbal
information
that
the
result
will
be
able
to
release
before
my
flight
(my
flight
is
on
Sunday
midnight),
I
decided
to
take
the
RM380
package
instead.
During
the
test
day,
my
appointment
is
at
10.30am
and
I
arrived
at
10.15am,
the
clinic
is
closed.
Afraid
that
the
clinic
might
have
some
emergency/the
appointment
is
being
forgotten,
I
made
a
call
and
was
told
to
wait
in
the
car,
they
will
call
when
they
are
ready.
By
10.26am,
a
few
people
arrive
at
the
clinic
and
open
the
door.
I
did
not
enter
the
clinic,
just
got
my
receipt
and
proceed
to
do
the
test
at
the
back
lane.
I
have
asked
the
same
question
again
right
after
the
test
of
when
I
can
receive
the
result,
same
answer
as
per
tele-conversation
was
given,
either
Friday
night
by
whatsapp/Saturday
morning
I
can
collect
hardcopy
by
appointment.
Had
the
worst
customer
experience
while
trying
to
follow
up
on
test
result
the
day
before
my
flight,
being
scolded
when
the
clinic
called
me.(not
Doctor
Victor,
but
a
guy
claiming
he's
the
owner),
and
said
that
I
should
have
took
the
RM500
package
instead
(repeated
for
a
couple
of
times).
I
mentioned
in
whatsapp
prior
that
if
at
any
point
I
was
told
that
it
depends
on
the
lab
workload
and
the
result
might
take
3
days
to
deliver,
I
will
definitely
upgrade
my
package
the
same
day
I
did
my
test.
Actually,
I
would
just
like
to
ask
if
there
is
any
way
the
clinic
could
help
to
just
ring
up
the
lab
to
check,
however
there
is
no
chance
for
me
to
speak
at
all
due
to
the
guy
keep
yelling
and
scolding
at
me
and
then
hung
up
my
phone.
In
the
phone
he
mentioned
sth
about
'I
will
regret
when
I
receive
the
result
later',
'We
are
professional
doctor,
not
service
line
please
don't
waste
our
time'
and
'Don't
try
to
destroy
and
blame
us,
we
are
very
professional'.
Which
I
don't
understand
any
of
the
above
as
I
am
just
sending
a
message
to
follow
up
on
a
service
that
I
have
paid
for.
Thereafter
he
blocked
my
number.
I
understand
the
lab
is
not
working
during
weekend
so
I
posted
a
question
again
on
whatsapp
two
hours
later
with
no
reply.
I
decided
to
drop
by
after
work
to
just
get
an
answer
if
they
will
still
send
the
result
on
the
weekend
due
to
the
fear
of
in
any
way
my
result
might
be
sabotaged/being
held
back
in
purpose
(as
I
do
not
fully
understand
those
phrases
that
sounded
like
a
threats
in
the
phone).
I
received
same
treatment
in
person
while
I
arrive
at
the
clinic,
as
expected
the
boss
refuse
entry
(I
did
not
request
to
enter
the
clinic
at
all)
and
refuse
to
answer
the
question,
then
he
said
he
will
call
the
police.
As
I
thought
being
present
in
person
will
show
that
I
am
not
blaming
anyone/angry
just
trying
to
get
some
clarification,
this
attempt
is
obviously
to
no
avail.
Due
to
the
fear
of
my
result
being
sabotaged,
I
called
my
cousin
for
some
advice
and
waited
for
her
outside
the
clinic.
After
15m
I
have
decided
to
leave
after
my
cousin
informed
that
she
will
come
collect
the
result
on
my
behalf
next
day.
While
I
was
driving
I
received
the
call
from
the
clinic(strange
that
they
have
blocked
my
number
but
now
decided
to
call
me),
the
boss
mentioned
the
police
has
arrived
and
ask
me
to
go
back
if
not
they
will
come
look
for
me
&
wish
me
good
luck.
If
I
understand
correctly,
at
any
point
if
the
clinic
has
revealed
my
personal
information
without
my
consent,
this
has
violated
the
law,
which
I
hope
they
didn't.
The
boss
replied
that
they
handled
everything
professionally
even
complain
(I
will
complain
to
consumer
right/or
even
KKM
as
the
right
channel
if
I
wish
to
but
not
police),I
replied
I
did
not
call
the
police
for
the
record
&
if
they
required
a
statement
they
can
get
from
whom
that
reported
to
them.
I
received
my
result
on
Friday
night
however
all
of
the
above
could
have
been
avoided
if
this
has
been
handled
differently
by
a
trained
person
in
customer
service.
