This is my second time here. The service team I want to describe is: Absolutely terrible service. Customer is standing at the counter for a long tiime and no one came to serve. Just stand there and chit-chat with each other. I hope this system has a negative star rating.

I ordered delivery and one of the drinks tasted really bad so I called to inform the shop. The staff apologized sincerely and offered a free drink on my next visit even though I mentioned I do not want a refund or anything similar. Their attitude made this review into a positive one. Keep it up!

The picture from the menu so different. The fish is so small. The fish also not fresh. So hard to chew. Not worth the price. Secret Recipe’s standard has drop so much.

Nice food great cakes but below average service. Waiters need to be more alert and react quicker.

I brought my boy there to buy some cakes. We're standing in front of cake display cabinet choosing cakes, 2 staff and 1 manager were sitting inside. And no one attend to us even after more than 5 minutes. How the hell can hire such employees! Pity the owner...Very soon will be struggle to pay for rent...

The male staff at the front counter is very helpful and friendly, will visit again because of this good service 👍👍
