Order Delivery via apps, it is not delivered at the time scheduled, no call from the restaurant to inform their lateness or order confirmation. The contact number shown on the web is not in service. So I called customer service center, the customer service is not professional at all, never update how is the progress after the call. Please have appropriate training to all the staff!! Never handle customer request with sincere and care.

Business hour stated 1030am,but 1045am still not yet ready to operate business, staff efficiency also need to improve, act very slow.

Service is so slow. Only one counted is open every time. So many workers but all are either slow or just waste of space and oxygen.

Not sure what’s wrong with the management but the queue is atrociously slow and there’s hardly any customers. There are continuing accepting online delivery orders when they are struggling to even keep up with physical store orders.

Bad. Replace large coleslaw with two small one. Should give 3/4 if you guys replace it with small one. Buy 5pcs chicken got 3drumsticks. U guys really need to improve your service.

Clean Outlet, service fast but friendliness still need improve. Parking limited , located at crowded area.
