Hi, one of the staff very rude talk with customers totally disappointed...once finish means have to tell in proper way to customer...we didn't eat for free we also paying money....I'm totally disappointed and I never been see this kind of rude staff in KFC

I ordered a wow bucket at 7.06pm. Staff told me it'll take half an hour. I said ok and gave specification as to what I wanted. She said no promises. Waited and waited. Those who came after me got their orders. Later was told they forgot about my order and now frying some more chicken. I said since they are doing it for me only please fulfill my request. Still same answer, no promises. Left after an hour with chicken not as I requested. Incompetent staff should not lead, spoilt my appetite and wont be eating KFC for a long long time as it was done in a hurry. Bad experience

ON THURSDAY AROUND 9:00 PM, MY NUMBER ORDER IS 396 ! NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL BLAMING AT EACH OTHER!!! I ordered 2 set of buckets and they said “HAVE, YES WE CAN STILL COOK FOR U” Waited for 30 minutes! I ask them is it ready yet? Yes, they said another 10 minutes. OK, i wait! Went and ask again, “THEY SAID ONLY HAVE 13 PIECES AND ITS ONLY SPICY” ( WHILE I ORDERED 10 ORIGINAL & 10 SPICY ) THE PERSON ORDERED BEFORE ME GET THE BUCKET FIRST !!! WHILE MINE ? TRYING TO GIVE ME THE LEFTOVER ?! I DONT CARE, I ASK FOR REFUND🙂 AND YET THEY LET ME WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES AND STILL TALKING AROUND LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED !!! AND CAN STILL TAKE ORDERS FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER FIRST, IT IS NO LONGER SO RUDE , IT IS SUPER DUPER RUDE. BETTER IMPROVE YOUR WORKERS !!! Chicken is disgusting . And not crispy at all. The worst KFC experience ever

Why the staff didn't notify us if the coleslaw is unavailable. They give me 3 mash potato for compensation without mentioning the coleslaw.

Laughably bad. Ordered a box meal, but after they informed us that they were out of chips, out of crunchy chicken, out of the tea drink and out of the coleslaw. Staff didn't even care, just gave us three potato and gravies thinking we shouldn't complain. Terrible.

Chicken not fresh, fried chicken standard low than pasar malam fried chicken.

KFC delivery service (Lotus Tanjung Pinang) is one of the most terrible one for people to order. This is the second time I ordered KFC delivered from the same place and still, there is a mistake. Before this, they forgot at least two items and when I called they even had the nerve to ask if I could come and pick up but it was delivered to me again (luckily). This time we ordered dinner plate and two snack plates and we get two coleslaws instead of one coleslaw and one whipped potato in each sets. The worse. If only KFC app give options to select a different but nearest location, i would have selected that
