To whom may concern, Dear owner of Danai Spa, I know that your company from massage and facial line expanded business to wellness line but please ensure the slot is enough. No point that you expanded so much with extra building but the slot is still limited means your man power is not sufficient at all. This is my forth time try to book facial but same answer that I get is ‘FULL’, one time is got slot but last minute the beautician unable come and that’s no other beautician to replace. Massage one still able to book but facial is critically limited, please do something about it. I choose danai spa is because after I compared with others spa outlets and yours are the best, and I recommended to my colleagues and friends but now sadly is downgraded. Another recommendation that I would like to highlight to you is please provide back the massage oil choices and tea choices for us to choose, this make your place what’s the difference with others. If u ask me which outlet is the best, I will honestly tell you is your old branch in G hotel and Tanjung Bungah. I would like to thank the staff that answer my call today and recommended me to write in complaint to you since I voice out why always full. Seems like I’m not the only person facing this problem after read the Google review. Hope to get your reply soon. Thank you.

very unprofessional & irresponsible, first of all, tried to shrug off the problem before being confronted FOR BURNING MY FACE, had to drive all the way to their hq few rounds to "let them check the damage" and no compensation for transportation, especially supervisor J and director D attitude very bad upon solving the issue, not even apologetic, got sarcastic and ignorant replies, then no targeted solutions given except few small samples and mask treatments then no more updates as promised, still have light scars after more than a month. secondly, not recommended to come here if u don't look like rich aunties or uncles, different manners lol what I can say... 避雷 p.s. regardless how many times u delete my comment, I will repost until compensation is given up to the damage

I keep receiving their staffs (different different staffs) calls asking me to attend their weekend event. Every month at least 2 times! And today morning 1 called me I told her I am not free, evening another called again! Please stop! The follow up become very disturbing already. Furthermore it's very difficult to make massage appointment with them, their slot always full. Under staff.

I decided to sign up for the package cost rm15k for its good service that I had. Apparently after the package was signed, I can't even make one booking for any of the service l, I was always told that the booking is full and I need to book at least one month in advance. This was not made known before I signed the package and it never happened. I seriously regret signing the package. Anyone interested to buy the package please PM me, I can sell it to u at a cheaper price.

Extremely disappointed. Booked a morning appointment for my wife 2 days before and had received a confirmation email only for them to cancel my booking in the evening the day before my appointment. As a tourist, my schedule is very tight and I had made bookings for breakfast and lunch around that area and all that had to be cancelled at the last minute. Service staff was not even apologetic about the cancellation, kept insisting that they had no more slot. Maybe the spa is great but guess I will never find out.

I'm very happy that Jenny did a good job when I having facial with her. After my facial treatment, June has always take care and served me food. She also very friendly and good customer service. Keep it up! We'll done!

Massage by Fatin is very good and relaxing, she is very good in picking point and understand my problem like my body has a lot of wind, she can reduce it and recommend me drink her grandma recipes for reduced wind also, Very satisfied and happy, keep it up,👍

Terrible customer service!! Get the customer to sign up spa package and mention a free body check-up. When an appointment is made, call up to cancel for few times. The first week saying their machines were out of order, another week saying Thursday is Thaipussam but their area would be jammed for the whole weekend(Sat & Sunday) and that is the reason they canceled the health checkup session. This is so ridiculous and not polite when the calls call up. Never greet customers too! Because to get this free health check, customers need to change their routine schedule for few times to make It to enjoy that so-called free service. Make sense? Usually, I do not give a bad review but this service is out and terrible!

Truly recommended place that for you to relax with bunch of professional people working there. Especially Jane, she is such a knowledgeable person on hair scalp treatment and she is very nice too. Jane could help you on your hair scalp problem and provide useful knowledge to take care your hair scalp.

Great place for a relaxing getaways

I’ve enjoyed my experiences at Danai for the past 3 years. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my massages from Khin Ma and facials from Jenny! Jenny has been a great source of contact for me for Danai. She’s always responsive even when I messaged her all hours of the day or her day off! Ops. Oh, and the scalp and hair treatments done by Pei Xi is heavenly! Highly recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼

The Meridian Treatment by Ms Khimma at Danai Wellness Boutique is highly commendable. She has very good skills and see to my comfort. All the staff are very friendly and with a big smile... :)
