Went here last month, the room is huge, great views, fast wifi, high floor, good location, family friendly, best host. The lift a bit slow, bed sheet is Dirty and Dusty the bed sheets are not changed, just turned over and re -installed. Dust and hair stick evenly. The toilet has a lot of hair and feathers. Before this, I only heard about bed sheets not being exchanged and now I have experienced myself. Blerghh..

Better off to stay elsewhere if you want a memorable holiday in Penang. The unit we stayed in was nothing like the pictures in Agoda. We are required to pay RM200 deposit eventhough the room was already paid for in advance. We were informed to pay up the deposit up otherwise we are not allowed to check in and cancellation is nit refundable. The TV box was not working so nothing to watch on TV. The light bulb in toilet was out, informed reception. they sent a foreman to check. He came back later when we went out to dinner, without informing us he entered our apartment without permission and changed the light bulb. He could have call but he didn't. just walk right in change light bulb and left when we were out. scary. The lift was super slow so we have to walk down the creepy staircase as we feared we will loose our deposit if we do not check out by 12pm. There was a warning reminder through WhatsApp to check out early by 11am to avoid the slow lift. Please do not stay here you will be very Disappointed. Only nice thing to say is the staff were attentive and quick to take action when we raised enquiries.

Worst experience booking a room with them. Very very poorly maintained of their rooms. Came into the house with dirt everywhere on the floor with shoe marks even inside the house. Bed sheets were dirty and dusty with insects on, sleeping on it makes me sneeze non stop! Not only the bed were dusty, every where were dusty with a surface! Complained to them, maids were sent but it was just a mere clean up. Not only there were dust, but ants were everywhere too, Beds, sofas, tables, kitchen, literally everywhere in the house! Got bitten by ants while sleeping at night even! Unbelievebly bad and unacceptable. Will not recommend to anyone and will not ever book a room from them ever.

I from KL for working here in Penang and i choose this place for staying . But here are so so so not recommended , so bad . I got a room so dirty ,floor so sticky too . Then , when midnight at 3 am tv security panel in room will make a noisy every night i stay there 4 night . After that i have report the issues they said they will prove for me but no it still same and third night suddenly got some red light at my living room and i don know what is that . I think so scary there ...... maybe ........ Last night i just go stay other place bcos i so scared . when i going for check out i ask them , they said the tv security panel is already broke it's cannot used .

Overall stay was good. Location was good. But the lift service was extremely terrible. We had to wait 15-20mins for the lift. And the management demand us to pay the deposit if not we wont be able to check in but once we have check out. It takes them 2 working days to refund our SD it seems. And the worst is i did not get my deposit even on the 2nd day. Had to keep chasing them and report to Agoda. They keep giving excuses and ignores the message and doesn't answer our calls. Management totally sucks.

Facilities in the room (TV and Washing Machine) is not function. Kitchen and dining table alot ants. Security deposit check out more then 1 week haven get back the money. Is was very bad experience.

Everything is good except building lift. The waiting time is too long. After checked in, we waited for a long long time for building lifts. After 15-20 mins, we decided to go to our units after dinner.

Renting the corner unit with 3 rooms + 3 bathrooms is worth it. Excellent layout that is fit for 2 family to stay comfortably. The facilities ie gym & pool, in the apartment are excellent too. I hope the operator/management will keep up the standard for many years to come.

Nice and confort for long stay. The agent realy freindly and the resident is located strategic place. If you’re from outside Penang, better you stay in here. Make sure, clean up after as you get the clean house okey! (Mudahkan urusan orang, tak rugi apa-apa)👍🏻
