The pizza was good as always but, the employees their were how to say distracting or disturbing.. They were laughing,shouting,dancing. Girls with boy employees like it was a bar and they were drunk they were the customers... I Don't understand how they can behave like that.. We were 4 people but, couldn’t help but to finish asap and leave because to them we were like eating free or shadow i Don't know... Anyways taste 10/10 Service 2/10

DO NOT USE! ITS A SCAM! THEY Don't DELIVER SO MANY ORDERS! We went to the store and they said we'd get a refund in 3 days and we haven't. They don't use a grab driver!!! This should not be a dominos franchise! Absolute disgrace. They owe us £20!!!

There are flies indoor I don't know why. Facial expressions from the counter looks impatience. Overall good experience.

Order using domino pizza app..delivery not too delay. Tried their half kg mega cheese pizza and prawn sensation pizza..Both taste good ..Love the mozarella stick...

This Domino's store is a cozy place to visit. Located in strategist location, near night Market in Penang. The pizzas taste are good. Try it.

I love the service there, possibly one of the most unique Domino's I been to with the nicest people. When I entered the shop, the cashier was like very happy and sang a while. He kept his friendly attitude up to a high level. The place makes you feel really cozy. The pizzas were great too. The pizza was equally sliced. It tasted delish.

One of the Domino's pizza outlet in Penang. This one is located by the roadside. The service is quick. I placed an order online, supposedly 15 waiting time. But I get my pizza in 11mins. Excellent. The crowd at 830pm is not a lot. I was like the only customer. (Later 3 more people came in after Ieft) Parking is very challenging around here. There's no proper pick up zone here. Most people just stop their car along the yellow line and collect their pizzas. The only complaint I have is... Difficult parking. Suggest to have a pick up zone.

I've been placing order through the stupid apps from Domino's Pizza Malaysia with TnG, Money deducted and my order is ghosting, restart the apps also can't even track back my order. I choose to call to the outlet to let them know what am i facing, and then they asking me those question i need refer back to the ghosting order, while i was checking back what type of order i have made then they straight cut off the phone call, and i call back for refer back about this problem they just keep cut off my call??? What wrong with you guys? Never been such worst experience before, damn....

The ambiance feels cozy but cramped. The dining area is quite small, making it more suitable for takeout rather than dining in. Anyway, the staff are warm and friendly.

I don't see a purpose in just providing a hotline number and worst part, no agents are available. Just put your damn branch phone number so that we can check the order status. Been 1 hour trying to get an update because Grab Food system reflects as order in but yet to arrange delivery. Each branch should have their own contact number. Quick, easy, on point. Thanks!

The customer service is suck! Ordered from Food panda from this branch on 12:18pm and requested to delivered on 1pm-1:15pm, but after the time exceed, still didn't received! Called their customer service number, they direct hang up my phone 😠 bad service!
