Amazing location and super convenient to walk to all the famous spots. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, rooms come with basic amenities and washing machines n dryers which are super convenient. Been here few times and would return again, no issue with noice from the street at all.

Room was great to stay and relax in, big space to unwind in a strategic location in Georgetown. Nearby Chinatown with lots of food nearby. Unfortunately, my only complaint is the check-in staff making me feeling unwelcomed immediately, very cold upon our arrival. His name is John, a fat Indian guy. Hopefully management looks into this.

Nice boutique hotel! Staff very friendly and patient. Environment for the room is clean and very nice! Suitable for family with children also. In the room, they have provided washing machine, microwave oven and induction cooker. This boutique hotel is a shop lot, they do have a 24 hours mini shop downstairs.

Every details is exceptional when compared to the price but one bad thing that I only give 2-star rated is the rooms which above the karaoke are so noisy and loud. I cannot sleep well with that noise pollutions until the karaoke close around 2.30 am - 3.30 am. Damn so disappointed for the accommodations business.

Good place with nice room and very clean. You can hear a bit of traffic noise as room is located on the main road, but not too bad. Living room and bedroom is separated and not feel uncomfortable. Limited tv channel and some difficulties on hot water for showering.

Couldn't sleep at night with all the noises caused by moving trucks and bikes. Extremely noisy.

Everything is good except that we need to climb some stairs. 😅 The room is equipped with complete facilities - kitchen with hood & hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, washer with dryer, iron, tv, plates and cutleries. A room for two is considered spacious. A little bit noisy cause it is very close to the roadside but that doesn't bother us so much. Near restaurants and walking distance to Chowrasta area. The staff were polite and helpful.

Stay here with my hubby for 2 nights. We are staying in 1 bedroom suite, the space is huge and clean. Every details is exceptional, the room is very clean, shower pressure is great, walking distance to many good eatery, and staff are very friendly. I would have given a 5-stars rated if it’s wasn’t due to noise pollutions. Cons: The biggest problem would be that it's next to a busy intersection, it’s like a race track outside my room, especially trucks & motorcycles. Room rocks when truck drive by, it'll be very LOUD through the night which you would not able to sleep.

Frankly better than expected. All perfect, really. Besides, they booked for us an early morning transfer and it all went smoothly. Would visit again. We read reviews mentioning noise from the street, actually not a problem. One knife and only a few forks and spoons in the kitchen. Please more cutlery, you can do it!

Location is right smacked in the middle of George Town. The roads are quiet after 11pm hence not recommended for families with children. Many good eateries around this hotel. The toilet is clean and the rooms are spacious with high ceiling.

Its come with washer machine with dryer function (detergent are provided as well), 2 doors refregerator, microwave oven, induction cooker and etc. John and one other staff there are so helpful and always smilling face. John has chasing me at the street to return my cash deposit which i have totally forgotten XD. Its a good place to stay at Georgetown which just a walking distant to many good food nearby and to Komtar. the shop downstair are mostly closed. So, its no loud music to disturb your sleep but there are still vehicle passby which you can still hear clearly in the bedroom.

A nice and clean Appartment in a central Location. You can reach everything you need with a few Minutes walk. Helpful Staff as well. Opposite is a Food Stall which plays Loud Music until Midnight, with a baby sometimes annoying. Otherwise a good Option. The Bakery nearby is a must try.

Spacious room, great for family. Love it. Will repeat it soon

The worst welcome provided as a hotel service provider. It was not stated during my booking that there will be no staff for check in and we will need to inform 30 minute earlier before arrival. Booked the place for business travelling. After a long tiring day arriving at the hotel, took me forever to find the entrance. Decided to call the hotel to be informed no check in staff the reason for the counter door is closed. They also informed have emailed me pertaining this, upon checking email was send  11.14 am on my check in date pertaining this matter. Waited around 30 minute for the staff to arrive, shocked me further when the staff said "lets go into your room to get the check in done". I was like, this is not the right service and why can't you check in at the counter? The staff informed he doesn't have the key and this is a norm. For me just dnt call ur self a hotel when you a run a business like airbnb, there a reason busines travelling guys like us book a hotel. Hotel has a meaning for its name, please dnt misinterpreted and provide a wrong service. Other then that the room was good and decent. Thank you.

Spacious and well equipped from dining table to washing machine (even detergent too!). Location is good as well for George Town travelers with great food within walking distance. Due to the length of the room and lack of open air access, the air is a bit stale. The was a thin smell of cigarette smoke as I enter the room, even though it is a non-smoking unit. Note: One of the legs of the chair in the bedroom broke and I have informed the management. Note 2: Hotel parking is unavailable.

One of the loveliest stays. Stayed here for 4 days for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Amenities were great especially the washing machine & rainfall shower. The karaoke bar is closed so no issue for noise besides a few cars (at night the streets are usually quiet). Staff service was great, location is near to alot of the famous food spots. Cleanliness was good. The only lack was street parking but it was moderately easy to find. Felt like a 5 star stay for such a cheap price 👍

It's very comfortable and actually pretty clean. There are a lot of restaurants or just places to eat in general. The only problem would be that it's next to a busy intersection so especially in the corner room, it'll be very loud through the night which could result to some loss of sleep.

This is the best ever shots day I experience before. Luxury facility and reasonable price, highly recommended. spacious room too.
