The worst hotel I have ever stayed!! Malfunction water heater and dirty toilet. The room has nothing other than a bed, not even a bottle of mineral water. No towel, no toiletries, poor WiFi bandwidth and connection. Don't ever believe those pictures and description shown in Agoda or Booking. An overpriced hotel, you can find other hotel same price as this hotel nearby with better facilities and nicer.

Worst most service I've ever faced. Washroom condition was horrible. I didn't find any tissue over there and i asked for it in reception and management replied that this is low budget hotel and we don't provide tissue which cost may be 1RM. I astonished. The water heater makes car engine sound and there was no knob. They'll provide towels in your hand when you chk in and u have to return it by hand when chk out. Lastly my rent was 150.14RM for 2days. I gave 150 then receptionist asked for 14cent!! Ok then I gave 15cent and asked for 1cent back with smiling face... Worst most experience. They have preyer room exceptional. Complementary breakfast also. Water machine.

Most horrible and bad service budget hotel.... Even my maid room is clean and tidy.. Washroom like public bathroom without shower heater ... I strongly suggest not to stay there.... You will regret...

Good clean rooms for easy access to a worried free rest at front of Penang Island Bus Terminal. Offer a affordable price for wash up and short resting.

The room was not clean. Aircond was leaking. Ask for change of room but said that can't change the room and if change the room will be charged extra. Very bad service in the reception. Not encourage to stay in this hotel.

Not worth for money above rm100.. room dirty, wiring messy.. tv 30 years before.. aircond not very cold.. water very poor.. no lift.. parking limited.. this type of room can get rm50 in kl.. but wifi speed ok and near warung..

The receptionist was very helpfull to locate me at the ground floor, I got knee problem, service were good, I return late at night and left the key inside my room, but the staff there help me to find the spare key, i will come again. 😄😆

Stayed in the 3 person room for 1 night. It was reasonably clean (for this price). Price was reasonable for a 3 person bed. Towels and mineral water were provided. The only thing was the room was facing the main road so you can expect to hear all the sounds of vehicles passing through the road, and the voice of people chatting from outside. While these are external, we found out that certain pipes pass through our room. So whoever from the upstairs flushed the toilet, we could literally hear the sounds clearly. Those sounds were exceptionally obvious especially in the night where the environment was literally quiet and you would suddenly get "shocked" by vehicles, pipes, people laughing. If you can tolerate that and this is your budget, go ahead. My family including me had an insomnia that night except our 9 years old little girl who were able to sleep soundly.

Please up grade the tv and breakfast, room is clean toilet need to up grade too but is still clean, nice food around the hotel, and most important is staff is so2 friendly,✌️😊 laundry is nextdoor everything is near to the hotel, nice place to stay and price is good...

The prices are ok, but not all air conditioner are good, i changed my room twice, and also the doors not closing perfectly you need to be careful cause guess what : someone could suddenly enter 😅

He is my take. "Murah, The name budget hotel does not do justice for the people that check in here. The price that im paying for the room that i got does not add up. Here is why; 1. The room is OLD 2. The beds, pillow, chairs and table is OLD 3. The toilet is just so wrong!! With old rusted pipes visible, old water heater. I dont know where to start. Plus the aircond water drips back into the toilet and its constantly wet. No ventilation port thus the smell of wet bathroom will end up filling the room. 4. Floor tile got cracks and worst walking on it feels that i was not cemented properly. 5. Electrical wire are hanging loosely. 6. No decor~ flat emptiness The list goes on but making it short.. its just unpleasent conditions.. However, credit is given when it is due. 1. Front office staff is friendly 2. The aircond is demm cold!!! (This is the ONLY plus for the room) To be charged Rm120 for this room (single queen)is a rip off. At a lower price, G9 Hotel Alor Setar gives way better and beyond expectation package. This maybe an old hotel, but the customer deserves way more than what is given here. I have to endure because is close to my work location for the day. But this, just dont cut it for me. Me again just giving my humble review~

Budget hotel at it’s worst. Called and talked 3 times request for early check in, saying can, just go and meet the receptionist there. Arrived at 7am after long bus journey, with tired face. Informed about my request, the supervisor treat me like a beggar. Said no room go find other hotel. Can’t you talk nicely? If you said i need to pay for 2 night also can, no need to halau me. I’ve been visit alot of hotels here and there, but this budget hotel is the worst in my life. Definitely not recommended
