Quiet neighbourhood. Though old building but the maintenance is good. Walking distance to private hospital, local delicacies.

I lived in this apartment long long time ago. Around 15 years ago. There are so many memories in this apartment. The apartment is well maintained until now. Eventho the design is old. But all the basic need are all provided in here. Many tenant here are from KDU College as its very near to there. The pool is small but seldom people use it.

A pleasant and positive experience. The lady who handled our booking was very courteous and friendly. Very prompt in answering messages and handling our requests. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Everything works well including the aircondition units. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and comfortable 👍🏼😁

Large apartment in relatively calm but noisy neighborhood. Windows aren't sealed or closed well, so noise and humidity comes in, but air conditioning was adequate. Furnishings are dated, but still functional for cooking and general living space.

Convenient place to stay in Penang island. Only thing to improved is the design of access door in appartment need to make is more easy to user where the locked method to difficult to all.

House is overall good, a little bit old, but good. One with large flats and tall ceilings. Location is also good. Close to the old town.

Good location for those with car, the bnb has older furniture and appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and kettle facilities. Swimming pool is great, not many people using it so quite clean and comfortable.

Have to admit a hidden gem located in the heart of georgetown with such reasonable pricing and place is well kept and clean. The host is super nice and efficient.

Good location, Pool was good and staff was very co-operative. Fully operational kitchen was a plus point. Recommended!

Bathrooms need improvement. The internet not function most of the time and can't playing YouTube. Cause the Abnb host subscribed to the low package.
