This is the great place in Little India to have breakfast! A Roti Canai costs only RM1.20, a glass of Teh 'O' only RM1 and a glass of Teh Susu only RM1.20!!

If you've ever had roti paratha , roti prata, etc anywhere else in the world, I'd recommend that you try the roti canai at this little eatery. The place is right smack in little India in Penang. The owner sets up some tables and chairs for the guests to dine on. A very authentic street side experience if you ask me. Ordered a simple roti canai with egg and onion, as well as teh tarik. Do note that they pre cook their plain roti canai so if you wish for something freshly cook, asking for a combination as such will ensure so. The canai goes well with the curry. Not too greasy, not to thick. Nice stretchy feel to it. The teh tarik is standard pulled tea. As a whole, I liked the feel of dining along the street, mingling with locals and tourists alike. Even though it's near the tourist area, the prices are not tourist prices. My meal set me back around 8 rm. Pretty fair deal if you ask me.

When in Penang, I eat roti canai, and when I eat roti canai, I eat here. Opens early, closes after lunch. Don't expect clean tables and smiling faces, just tasty rotis, curries, and sweet tea. Current prices: 1 roti + curry + teh ais = 3.40 ringgit

Searching for early Breakfast at 7.00am after my Sunday morning run, I discovered this corner stall along Queen Street. Crispy Roti Canai flooded with a unique mixture of curry and Dhall gravy. It was so delicious, savoury, flavourful with lip smacking indulgence. The Apom was so creamy and lusciously decadent that I guiltily ordered another set. My partner ordered 3 sets and finished everything with gusto. Washed down all the carbs with their Bru coffee and Masala tea. This is definitely a rough jewel waiting to be polished. Highly recommended for the early birds.

Fantastic roti for an incredibly cheap price. Staff is super friendly and they prepare the roti and curry freshly for you. Absolute gem for an authentic breakfast experience in Little India

It opens as early as 7am. We should have bought a mix of prata. We bought all plain prata and they were already pre prepared so they were not as hot as we would have preferred it. Curry was nice. We actually went there for the Apom too but unfortunately was informed they do not have it that morning. Teh tarik and teh halia were nice, but nothing extraordinary. It's nice comfort food that is affordable and within reach from our hotel.

This is a brilliant find in penang. Delicious quality fresh food. We rarely return to a place more than once as we want to try a variety but this place is located so conveniently to all the hostels and serves delicious roti canai with dhal, chicken gravy and masala tea. Hands down the best breakfast you'll find. We left something behind one day and the owners returned it to us the next day. This is a must have, come before 11 for roti canai or earlier for their other rotis.
