Ordered set with fries(m), but got the fries lesser than usually, like just half than the normal amount that you can get. I don't know either it was the leftover or just magically disappeared? Employees also always make mistakes, wrong orders or missing items... Please improve your quality and respect customers' money too. Fast food but expensive than the fresh cooked food. Not the food that ppl can afford daily. So, you should improve your food quality and also employees quality. All things matter...

Bad experience ever . Nasi Lemak AGSpicy serve without sambal and the telur goreng look so scary. We need to go pickup our order one by one at the order collecting side eventhough we ask for table service.

I’m just order my food ,request for one of my side dish change to others ,and the operator say “OKAY !” Then the line was cutoff around 2 minutes, then come again by say ‘Hello ?’ Then I start asking did you take my order just know? The operator said ‘NO!’ I repeat again my ordering, he just said ‘OK’ I repeat again can I change my side dish? He disappear again about 1-2 minutes, and come back said that can’t change? OK Fine, I asking again can you repeat my order? to make sure he is listening and take the right order. End up still not get what I’m ordering. Operator maybe facing any problem when take order I guess When make payment he yell “the system alrdy change!! “by no eye contact all the way, and not asking for payment! GOOD JOB!

I claimed a chocotop after collecting enough points but after eating awhile I realise there’s no ice cream at all inside the cone! I’ve bought so many times of ice cream cone at this outlet and the ice cream should be pumped inside the cone as well because isn’t this common sense when you sell the ice cream with the cone?? I feed-backed and got a call from the staff and they said it is normal without ice cream in it, then what is the purpose of selling the ice cream in cone? Even if I order the sundae cup today, the ice cream is fully filled in it right? Don’t tell me the ice cream will be starting to be filled on top of the cup but empty inside == The quality of ice cream is disappointing.

Drive thru to buy nasilemak ayamgoreng just now, requested atas Paha but they said no choice,tak blh pilih, fine, I understand but end up getting “tiny” wings and drumbstick lol, the staff purposely did this , well done Mcd Farlim, keep doing this n more people will boycott McDonald’s and u finna lost your job 🤣
