It was all good we didn't have any bad luck with the service. The place was clean, menu was fully available, service was quick and the food is as good as any other outlet. This shop doesn't deserve all the comment bashings!

Okay option to grab lunch located right next to the funicular. The chicken burger was not good, but the chicken pieces, mashed potatoes were decent. The service was a bit slow eventhough the restaurant wasn't full

Need more workforce! ASAP! Help your employee more. Listen to them. This store suffered from short staff and really need to revamp their workforce in order to coop with all that peak hour - rush time order. They should know that between lunch - dinner time, this store definitely will packed with hungry customers. People will flock around those empty yet fast, fresh food serve within period time. Unfortunely, this store lack of that. Estimation waiting time was around 20-30 minute, if you're lucky enough. The management and store manager should be front and center to this issue. Always ready to served their delicious fried chicken or their signature dishes. Give them some help guys!

The place is at ground zero at Penang Hill...not big place but staff is very good n fast...good job😀😀😀

Regular fries are like 5 pieces, nor straws for the drink, no mayo or ketchup only chilly sauce and black little dots in the drinks ice cubes.

One of the worst outlet ever seen. Either management not taking care staff well at this outlet or staff attitude. Since ppl like to buy before go up mostly take way They simply not responsible, not give any cutlery or tissues. Thsoe foods over cooked. Please avoid this outlet if not want to bad memories of MB.
