Very pleased with my experience today. Jasmine prepared me for my infrared sauna with herbal tea, sacha inchi oil for my skin. I felt very comfortable. Loved my 45 minute sauna, and I feel much better after my plane ride yesterday.

Would highly recommend this place. Came looking for acupuncture session as I have issues with my shoulder and back. Ended up also taking their sauna packages and also selected herb packages to help with my overall health. And within 1 month I saw massive improvements in my health. No more soreness, no migraines, much better menstrual flow as well as better sleep. Can’t thank Yin enough and would highly recommend!

Before I went for the far infrared sauna treatment, I was sleep-wake cycle for about 1 month plus. After about 6 to 7 time I do the far infrared sauna my sleeping patterns improve. My feet were very swollen after giving birth. I had a full-body steaming session and two foot massages here. During the period, I took 3 patches of Chinese herbal soup specially prepared by the landlady to eliminate the edema (it did not affect the amount of milk) because I Breastfeeding The edema has subsided a lot in the third week, and most importantly, I can still wear prenatal pants. Good service and treatment, i have a hormones imbalance problem cause late period for few months, after i try a infrared sauna and go for acupuncture treatment with Chinese herbs issue based on my body symptom, my period comes after few days, now my body felt getting well and energetic for my daily activities. It is a nice and comfortable environment. Not too pricey to try it. Last time I have some skin problem which I will feel itchy frequently then after I come to sauna for around 2 times, my skin doesn’t feel itchy anymore and become more firm than before. Highly recommended to those that have skin problems to try it out as the price is reasonable and the environment is clean.
