Went there many times also A Member. last week is my First time singing midnight hour. Before I went I Called and Booked cashier said 12:30am till 2:30am for 5pax RM148 But at 2am staff told us is our last song 😒 So we only SANG 1 hour???????????? Yet I ordered one bucket Calsberg

The place is amazing, gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and the staff is helpful. But, all the words written in Cantonese there, the song setting, lamp setting, no English or even Malay. It's so difficult for us who don't understand that language. Hope you'll provide other languages soon. Thanks.

Good place to have gathering with friends or families, if you are all in singing. Though the sevice is so so, but the song list is rather up to date, cater for melennials as well as 60s and 70s. Corkage is similar to other KTV but cheaper during Happy Hour.

Great experience. A bit disappointed cause you cannot change the display language on the screen, not user friendly for those people who don’t read Chinese. You may order food from next door. Good and bad, if you are in a group, they take times to clean up the table, so kind of less enjoyable when you see few people blocking the screen.. 🥹😅 Overall still fun

I like this place before because I feel their device is the best in Penang. Snacks they provide also delicious. I can’t feel happy for spending money here. But super disappointed about their service at reception every time. - I got 3000points+ for memberships can deduct in consumption but never been reminded - After asking, I was told that I can use my points next time so I came back 1 month after, but been told they just changed the system and those points are gone and can’t be used anymore - Their price always makes me confused every time when I come Super disappointed for meeting this kinds of things on my birthday. I always visit this KTV for years since they open in Arena. But I don’t want to come back anymore. Wish you guys can improve your service for tenure customers and don’t waste the good devices you have.
