My family visited Dr Tan this morning and found him to be extremely attentive and caring. He is the first GP we were consulting after our recent move to Malaysia from Europe. Dr Tan is soft-spoken and patient and gave the time required for my family to explain the issues and provide all the background information necessary. He is very reassuring but also upfront and honest with his diagnosis and proposed treatment regimen. This was our first private clinic visit here in Penang and we were immediately put at ease from the time we entered the clinic. It is clean, and has comfortable seating and some reading material as well. The receptionist is kind and helpful and took time to explain the different web-based payment options the clinic accepted. We now have a dependable consultant GP that we can go to when needed.

Dr Tan was very detailed and gentle. Went in for an ENT problem, the Dr was very patient in explaining the problems and potential solutions.

I can't recall when the last i visited to a clinic and the doctor was so patience to listen whilst being humble. Finally today i met a doctor who is not only humble but have high level of patience too. My 4 months old son having fever, flu and cough. Dr Tan took his time and ensure to check him throughly. Also explained to us in detail what could be the caused of it and what we should look out for. Thank you Dr Tan. Appreciate your great service. Oh yeaa, price is reasonable too.

Dr.Tan is very patient and always explains in details.He did a wonderful job for my son’s stitches on the eyebrow and great examination to my daughter anxiety situation. Best doctor in town.

I came all the way from Butterworth and yes I agree with all those good reviews. Came to check my ears because it’s been hurting a lot and the doctor check me throughly and turns out probably because of my tonsil, he do a referral form for me to get an operation at government hospital. Worth every penny ❤️👍🏻

Dr Tan is good, just that the assistant’s service needs to be improved. The assistant just passed you the medicine without explaining to you, it should be a standard produce even it’s written on the medicine packaging. No receipt is given unless we asked. I guess Doctor Tan needs to remind her of her working attitude.

Nice and clean clinic. Dr Tan is very nice and gentle, take time explaining his findings, a very patience doctor. Receptionist is friendly and courteous too.

The doctor is great with explanations, he's soft spoken but crystal clear and concise. The service fee and meds cost are reasonable and relatively cheap. The assistant is also great and efficient. I forgot to bring my passport but photo of it was enough. Within walking distance to multiple apartment complexes in the area.
