The best panaromic seaview in Penang at the steal of a deal price! Although old, the quality of construction is of top notch quality with marble, thick walls and thick floors that only new projects could admire! Used to be a Japanese village, and thus such high quality is expected!

As far as I am concern it has the most beautiful 180 degree of the sea view. Nothing obstruct the view. You can watch the sunrise rise . The fishing boat racing out to the sea is another sight to see. The project is old but well kept. Price is a bargain if you want to buy or rent. Rental is mostly fully furnished.

So bad, the security very slow. The grab just want to drop - off and pick up but need time to register, scan my sejahtera, ask what block... I think it is privacy... some time go to work late because grab need to settle with guard.... so bad
