Service was so-so, polite staff but not friendly and not helpful when giving recommendations. Ordered the soft shell crab burger and their signature one covered in sauce. Both Burgers was very mediocre and bland, could only taste the sauce. Lacking texture, not sure if there was any vegetables inside. Maybe just a thin piece of not crunchy lettuce. No pickles. No tomato. Patty was flat and just broke apart. Not firm enough or fried enough. The soft shell crab was BAD. Tasted very “SENG” and like using old oil. Fries were bland and like store bought. Two stars for presentation.

The food is good. Variety choices of burgers. Uniquely tasty. So far me and my friends enjoyed it. Staff were nice too. Highly recommended but i don't recommend bringing large number of families because the dining area is less spacious.

Service is prompt, polite and devoid of enthusiasm. Triple cheese beef burger had a good sized moist patty absolutely mediocre in flavour sandwiched between what tasted like the average store bought sesame seed buns. They used coral lettuce as opposed to a juicier type of leaf which already screams low quality. Mozzarella cheese sticks were over cooked which made it smell like burnt cooking oil while shoestring fries were bland and covered with burnt food flakes. Looks like they are covered in spices until you put them in your mouth. They only serve sugared soft drinks and cola. No drinking water or sugar free options. No offense to the establishment but I don't know how this place garnered so many great reviews. I'm sure the founders have had way better burgers and fried food elsewhere. I hope they improve the quality of the food here from reading this review as I so love good burger joints.

📍The BRGR @ Nagor Square (Halal) We came to know of this burger joint through orders from GrabFood, and we had to finally give the burgers a go at its original location. 🍔Gourmet burgers now generally being on the pricier side, this was to me another typical gourmet burger store. I had the Spicy BBQ Kambing while Dr Ashwin went for the black pepper chicken. 🍟In simple terms, it was a straightforward simple burger meal which was satisfactory. I loved the interior design of the location, especially it being in a heritage building.

Overall: A very good patty let down by everything else. Food: The Australian beef patty was good. Clearly homemade (bit of bone in mine and I could hear the guy pounding it) soft and with some flavour. The rest of the burger was a bit sad. Lightly buttered bun, processed cheese and a leaf of lettuce. Like a classy girl with bad friends, the patty didn't live up to its bun. Their other options look good, so maybe they are more fun. Drinks: From the machine. In a paper cup. Veggie friendly: No. Come on guys it's 2022... Price: RM 30 for a double burger, curly fries and coke. Very average. Service: um... My order was called and I went to collect it. Not much else in the way of service. Atmosphere: Fast food. Wipe clean wood tables, concrete bench, laminated menus, plastic gloves to eat with. Could be any anonymous burger place. Forgettable. Amenities: close the door? Why run the aircon and keep the door open? You throw money away and damage the environment. Must try: ... Something else on the menu.

We went there on Sunday afternoon. Need to Q, due to social distancing policy. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Very clean shop. Delicious, juicy burgers ever! Would love to visit again and again. The price is reasonable too.

Came here again for the second time. The patty was soo soo good, i really recommend this one. im planning to come and try other burgers again. Price wise, bit pricey than your ramlee burger. But i guess, the tenderness of patty explains that. Wanted to give a 5 star but theres always room for improvement. Please tidy your stuff around the counter a bit. They look messy ✌️😁

They did a great job in following the COVID SOP, price was alright but the burgers are definitely not the best one in Penang. With such pricing you’d expect it to be in greater quality but it’s just average. Ordered the Australian beef and the patty itself is rather dry, no juice in it at all. Dirty cheese is just alright. It’s nice for a try but you won’t really crave their burgers.

A nice small place to 'lepak' with your friends or loved ones. They serve amazing burgers and tasty sides to go with them. The Australian beef patty is so juicy and flavourful, perfect for those who love the taste of beef 🤤 Definitely will come again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is the restaurant to enjoy tasty, juicy in house handcrafted burgers. Located at old heritage building, pretty nice interior design. Quite limited seatings and tables. Pretty difficult to get a car park here.

Tasty burgers with handmade patties. The patties are moist and juicy with good portion. If you take the set meal you may choose from fries, curly fries or wedges. I had the Oozy beef which was delicious. However I would have preferred if they had used a different sauce maybe like BBQ or Honey mustard instead of it's normal ketchup and chili sauce combo which somehow reminds me of the common roadside burger.

VERYYYYY RECOMMENDED!!! Please go to counter and tell them that you want to order "DIRT CHEESE SOFT SHELL CRAB BURGER + CHICKEN PATTY" You are not going to regret it. Trust me... The juiciness will make you dream of it afterward XD. The price is also very reasonable. The shop was also very clean.

Food was excellent, you can taste fresh ingredients and well proportion of food. Services was good but not that fast not good if you're in hurry. Atmosphere was comfortable, pleasing and clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Love the dirty cheese beef burger - i have never tasted such amazing burger! The beef and cheese sauce matches so well with the soft burger buns. Would totally be back multiple times if I could.

The curly fries are on point, crispiness, seasoning are good. I highly recommend trying their beef smash burger. Juicy, tender and well-seasoned. Although it's a small shop lot, but it is beautiful and enjoyable to eat there

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The crab and beef combo was surprisingly good. The beef patty was cooked well, it was juicy and flavorful.

Concept is like Spade's Burger and Jomburgeria, but they don't serve pork burgers. Not many options to choose from. The taste is decent but I like the burger bun, very soft. The price is slightly expensive. I would recommend trying their spicy chicken popcorn.

Pictures looked a lot bigger than the actual burger. It was okay. Not the best burger I've had but certainly not the worst. Little bit pricey. Very difficult to find parking. We went in and sat down thinking it was a restaurant. After a while we realized you have to go to the counter to order. Would have been nice if someone told us that to begin with.

Asked for a non spicy burger, but still I got a spicy one. A little, but still. Patty itself is thin but juicy. The cheese inside and outside is mostly like moyo with cheese flavour. Fries are good You get plastic gloves, but you don't get napkins. Not any of the tables has one. I don't like it, will never visit again.

The burger was delicious! We ordered dirty triple australian beef burger & cheese burger (and my hands were indeed dirty! yet satisfying). They provide you with non reusable plastic gloves to 'protect' your hands (but not my face, since the cheese stuck all over my mouth & chin 😂). The bread was not firm, but the chicken & patty were juicy. They used aircons but unfortunately the door was left open. The decorations & ambience was really nice too. It is a place to hangout and take pictures...

The size of the burger is small, but apparently, it is enough for 2 people to enjoy it. I like that the bun is soft and fluffy, unlike overcooked buns in other places. The patty is so good and juicy. No tomato, just lettuce only. The shop is relatively small. Best if you came in a group of 4 people maximum. P/s: I wish you good luck finding parking haha

Had the Australian Classic it was good. However set does not include a drink, you have to add rm2.90 for a drink. Taking into account it cost rm3.90 for a standalone drink, not such a discount. For the price the set cost, a drink should be added without a top up.

Seriously, this burger exceeded my expectations. The beef burger was okay, but the chicken burger is so tender, you can cut the burger in half easily with just plastic cutlery. The chicken tastes good, the bread was amazing, everything just great, definitely will come back again

The burgers are very good and properly hand made and the chips are good too. If you consider it value wise, a decent burger with a drink and fries is just over RM20 at the time of writing - so you get a way, way better burger than the MD equivalent for just a few RM more - and way healthier I suspect. Just don’t have high expectations if you are dining in. It’s not really a restaurant as it’s self service with plastic knives and forks so it’s all quite basic. So the food is good but it’s more suited to a quick meal and not an evening out. Pictured below is the burger covered in a melted cheesy sauce.

I’ve tried once at the brgr pj and it was so good. I expected the same thing here but i’m not sure, it taste biasa2 je. The price is quite expensive for a tiny size of burger. I’ve tried the fried sotong burger here and it is quite dry and tasteless. My friend’s soft shell crab burger is not as juicy at i’ve tried at pj. The place is quite small but cozy. You need to wait first if the cafe is full

I tot the burger have vege, but inside only have little vege. Portion cannot make me full. But for lady maybe. Taste is ok . With this price is quite expensive and not very cozy place.
