Very typical tourist chopping shop. Don't listen to your driver or tour guide's recommendation. They're a team in scam! The price here are at least twice and some more than 3 times the normal price in supermarket. 50RM+ for a bag of instance coffee (40g x 15) where supermarkt sells only 15RM. Your call!

Biggest scam ever! 0 STARS if I was allowed too give that! Grab driver will take you there and deceive you in buying coffee. You’ll taste many different coffees and once you’ve bought a packet of your own it tastes nothing like what you’ve tried in store. The driver makes a cut out of what you’ve purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE. Waste of my time and money.

Had a brief stopover from cruise and visited this outlet. Lots of coffee and tea selections. Many flavours available. Pricing is similar to some at Singapore. So not really a bargain buy here but you do get some flavours that Singapore may not have here. Bargain buy only when you make a bulk purchase like 7-10 packs. They have local snacks for sale yet such as tau sa biah either sweet or salted among many others. I bought some for my parents too. The place can be super crowded at times when there are tourists from coach or cruise so be prepared to go earlier if want to avoid crowd or long queue at cashier.

I bought the coffee and it is very similar to instant coffee. It is highly priced for unknown reasons, they have collaborators from taxi and bus drivers who bring tourists telling them this is a specialty coffee. The chocolate is another trick, you would think the box is full but then you realise it is mostly plastic divisions. Again, highly priced and the taste is similar to the cheap chocolate sold at supermarkets. It is a waste of money, not recommended. M

High price coffee shop because it is targeted to international travellers. A pack of coffee with 15 sachets cost RM 48-58. They also sell various tea, chocolates, honey. All with a high price.

Comparatively expensive instant coffee. Each pack got 15 bags inside and selling at RM42 per bag! I like original favor, cinnamon favor and original favor + no sugar. Many tourists come to purchase and may not famous to the local though..

Alert! Alert! Alert! The shop is for tourists who do not do their homework. They sell CoffeeTree (a famous brand in Penang) products in RM48 per bag (15 sachets), while we found RM16 per bag (also 15 sachets) in a random street grocery shop. We also found RM12-13 per bag on Shopee. Why we came to this shop? We took Grab from Kek Loh Si to Georgetown. Our driver was extremely passionate about introducing Penang and potential souvenir choices. We were too naive to let him drive us to the store. Fortunately, we checked Google remarks and found out the reality.

A very unethical shop selling very expensive coffee than outside store. You can make profit but not to shame penang people with this way. Definitely not recommend anyone to come here.

I was very disappointed to see that when I had bought some ground coffee that the bag wasn’t even properly sealed. It was leaking out of the bag so I had to place it in another. Sad I have to say this but double check the bags you buy here are properly sealed.

They sell coffee, tea and chocolates. There is no shortage of tasting range. They offered to taste everything. Take your time here as the tasting is fun. We loved Tiramisu coffee and chocolates and strawberry chocolates and Lychee tea.

A place to buy instant coffee with many local specialty flavors. A tourist trap but if you need to buy coffee souvenirs anyways, give it a try. Friendly and not pushy. You can try many types of instant coffee (like ginger, durian), chocolate and some local snacks.

Just the usual tourist trap. You will only be brought here by tour guides and tour bus. You will not see a local here which is a red flag. Be prepared to pay at least 3 times the price for similar products here.

Unique coffees of Penang are available in this place, from Kopi O, Espresso, until Durian flavor. My favorite is charcoal coffee. They sell chocolate as well. Parking lot is large and can accommodate large group of visitors. You can taste the coffee before you buy it, and quantity bonus is available here.

ALERT!! IT'S A CON SHOP. TOURIST TRAP. DO NOT VISIT. Tasteless instant coffee selling at RM48 a bag (15 sachets). Repackaged Beryls chocolate selling x3 of its original price!

Love testing the various coffee, coco and tea flavours. Yet quite overpriced. Average RM45 per pack of 3in1 coffees.

Yes I got so angry too with this expensive store. Staff followed you everywhere in that small space of shop giving you pressure to buy and not in friendly way either despite they used face mask you still can sense unfriendly service. Just business as usual for them. BUT what disappointed me the most is they don’t tell you that the chocolate that you bought need to be chilled or at least don’t leave it in the car when you go sightseeing in Penang. When we back to our hotel the Tiramisu Almond White Chocolate and the rest that we bought so expensively was a Big Slab of MELTED chocolate!!! So ANGRY ! No way you can bring that kind of ugly shape chocolate to bring home overseas as gift. Don’t buy the chocolate ! RM 55 is not cheap ! After reading the others review I’m shocked too that we paid triple for the coffee ! Yes I agree with other review that shame on you representing Penang people! Well thank you for leaving us with ill feeling towards your store ! I thought I was trying to help local business. Not again.
