😠 Most of the people who visited this place now either has specific item to buy or I cannot think of any other reasons to visit this place now. Back in its heydays this place is super packed and basically you can spend whole day here with lots of things to do. Gone are the days when you have bowling... Most of the people who visited this place now either has specific item to buy or I cannot think of any other reasons to visit this place now. Back in its heydays this place is super packed and basically you can spend whole day here with lots of things to do. Gone are the days when you have bowling alleys, arcade, bookstore, vcd and cd stores and f&b too. A sorry state now with only limited shops open and probably a niche market business where high volume of crowd is not required. Not worth visiting anymore.

It's a little empty inside, don't know what happened, but you can find hidden gems there. Especially if you love action figures!!! Go to toyspanic, and tou won't be disappointed as there're lots of figures there, and also console games!!!

We rented a spot here. Still here. Management and maintenance is horrible. No air con for nearly a month already and we're all suffocating because we have school/dance activities going on here. Please for God's sake do something about it. One stop used to be so happening. Even Backstreet Boys came here 😂 What's up now? Such a waste of space. One stop is in the heart of the island. Sigh

In the past, there used to be a fun water park and a large arcade area on the rooftop and highest floor respectively but sadly, this mall couldn’t maintain its perks. Residential apartments are available here but many people do not feel like living or investing in it due to the current situation of the mall which is understandable. Right now, there are a lot of empty shops and it is not fun to walk around the place. A lot of people haven’t visited this place for many years due to the overall poor conditions of the place and this isn’t changing anytime soon.

This place is from the 80's, and many shops have already closed or moved to newer places, only kfc ia still open but thier meals are extremely toxic. Going to Georgetown, and visiting China House or coffee, keyboard cafe is much more fun. That said, We have not visited the place thr Park centre but based on reviews this is what I wrote.

Use to be a popular place 15 yrs ago... Now with a lot of tenant moving elsewhere, it look a bit run down. But still a good place to hangout and find food if you are here for medical checkup as Adventist Hospital is just across the road

Very affordable price. I spent RM 45 for one hour package: 45 minutes leg massage and 15 minutes shoulder back massage. Guys therapist is better, more power. Ambience is good. Expecting poor mobile coverage but good WiFi. Recommend to go. Probably cheapest price within the mall

A glorious fall from it's heyday in the early 2000s. We used to go for it's fake DVD 4th fl, Computer Parts 5th fl, Game Arcades 6th fl. and it's numerous Computer Cafe. It used to have one of the very first McDonald's and KFC in Penang. Now it's a skeleton with only less than 5% of it's capacity.

Stupid greedy Hotlink ppl having shop for fotocopy and print soo expensive!!! Per paper is RM 3?? Use your brains la, most of his customers are indonesians from the embassy nearby, ppl coming here to survive but you’re charging so expensive asthough your customers are from Singapore! Ppl coming here leaving their family so far away to survive, have some humanity.

This place could be so much more if the management could upkeep it. But sadly, it feels abandoned and forgotten.

Where do I start? It used to be the best, but since Gurney Plaza opened, the death nail of this shopping mall was set. The only thing you can shop here is a few clothing outlets. However there are shops serving good food at affordable prices. There's a pharmacy, gadget zone (computer shop) and KFC.

This used to be a very popular spot in the 90s but they have nothing much to offer now. Most of the shops are closed. You can certainly come here for the KFC.

A ghetto. The air-conditioned version of Petaling Street in Penang. It used to be 'the place' to dine and shop about 20 years ago but sadly now is just a shadow of its former glory. Surprisingly not as bad as KOMTAR but no chance of revival as many malls appearing around the area. The parking lot is so dark at night until one might have the idea they are in some kind of horror movie.

A bookstore where you can find a variety of Bible and Christian related books and journals. The owner is friendly. The shop only opens in the afternoon during weekdays only.

Mostly worthless as a shopping centre. It's pretty empty, the lift is slower than taking the escalator, and some of the escalators haven't been fixed in a decade. One of the tailors is recommended though

It has lost its shine compared to years ago in terms of retail shop lots and food outlets.
