Hands down, this Parkson is the BEST compared to the rest, even those in KL (1U and Pavillion included!). The soft lightings, thoughtful walkways to browse, and wide variety of products to select from makes this place a joy to shop in. Not to mention how big it is, and covering 4 floors. The biggest plus point is the number seats allocated at every nook and corner if you ever need to pause for a short break. Real fine leather seats, mind you! Trust me, you won't find any in most Parksons in KL. Overall, everything is just perfect here.

Great shopping mall. Largest in Penang. Fantastic choice of all kinds of shops, including top designers. Whether you want clothes, shoes, kids wear, jewellery, all types of electrical goods, this is the place. You will obviously not find the bargains you get on the street markets, but it's all authentic and good quality. Fantastic food court with plenty of choice on the 8th floor and even more in the basement 😋

This is a nice comfortable place to shop for toys, clothes, and all your daily necessities. The place is cooling, very spacious and spans a few floors. You can pretty much find seats everywhere which makes it the ideal place to do long shoppings and take breaks in-between. We never had a problem with the staff service and attitude here so this is more reason to keep visiting the place.

Such a beautiful and coolest shopping Place for A-Z .. Looking so neat and we'll organizing with clean and chill atmosphere and friendly staffs with good guidance. Especially perfumes for both Sex having loads of World wide brands and top Most with latest arrivals .Paksons is for purely branded and greatest collections of fashion freaky.Those who Love to explore more fashionable apparels and collections would definitely love this place .But here it's expensive over all..

Went yesterday to have lunch with the wife and kid after church and I was able to check out the beautiful Christmas decorations in the Centre Concourse and photograph them, as well. Wife wanted the new Canton-i downstairs. Clean and new.

Always enjoy going there for some satisfying retail therapy, especially during these movement control times. Product ranges offered are extensive, of a high quality and the staff, very friendly and helpful beyond their call of duty. Ended up spending far more than expected, but was happy to have done so!

Very bad experience at the cashier 3 of female department. Thought I don't know Malay badmouth me, just because I don't request the bag before the final payment. They don't even ask. The Malay superior standing at the back, kuat cakap customer. 🙂

Was the best place for shopping before COVID-19, but now please be ready to queue up for 20min-30min with only one cashier at the counter to serve for whole floor purchases items.

I never know Parkson customer services can become this worst today. Parkson used to be good. But sorry to say, now is worst than the small market or shopping mall.

The dept store is nice and all but you lose 2 stars because of the hollow floors. It's quite scary to walk. I feel anxious that it might crack and burst. Very dangerous. Please fix this.

Modern attractive shopping centre providing almost everything I need n more. Everything looks good except for our infamous wet n dirty toilets! Why cannot Malaysians keep their toilets dry n clean? Most of us know the reasons n I shall not dwell on the subject matter.

My friend and I had to wait in line for over half an hour, which was a significant waste of time. It's particularly frustrating that a trainee is assigned as the cashier during peak hours. Please take action when a customer is waiting in a lengthy queue.

Poor management & really don't have good arrangements,only 1 counter they are open when public holiday and too many people's are waiting to pay. No wonder Parkson cannot survive.

Date: 25/11/23@ 9.05pm Poor cashier service Went shopping at parkson grand Elite, 3rd floor. I m very disappointed with customer service at the cash counter. There was a Chinese lady with the black coat (also a parkson worker or supervisor) instructing the cashier to insert plastic pack with pillow case Akemi into the zipper bag of a pillow. I immediately stopped her from doing that because it can spoil the pillow material. She then quickly put the pillow case into parkson paper bag and then she placed both items on the floor. This is very unhygienic and yet she answer me this is the way we usually do it!!! She did not even apologise to her customer. That's very bad. She did not help picked the pillow and shopping bag from the floor and hang it to her customer. You call this Parkson Elite?? Such unacceptable behaviour from experience sales personnel!

Your malay cashier at the ground floor cosmetic section very rude. If she not happy to work there then just ask her to go back home.

I liked it. Very fancy place but inside the mall you cannot find cheap restaurants. You have to walk some 50-70 metres from the mall to find street foods(which has a lot of choices and only open at night + I forgot the name). The Red Box Kareoke very nice to sing la.

This Parkson is located in Gurney Plaza Mall. It is one of a livelier Parkson on Penang Island. Even with its newly renovated interior it still doesn't give the vibe to a person why you want to spend your time and money over there. The management need to jazz up the work environment of its employees. The only time you want to go Parkson is when there's big cultural celebration coming up and you want buy your dresses, cloths and utilities. The good thing is you can add your Parkson points and Gurney Capital Mall points, when you shop there.

It's fun just to be secure come early or un Public holiday to avoid to be parking hunter and to be say lots of new stuff like clothing brand and food in basement category with lots choices to pick . Highly recommended for friend and family day trip ☺️
