This is a beautiful mall close to the Waterfront condominium complex. You will find everything you need and then some. There are various restaurants on LG level as well as a food court on top level. There's also a very well assorted Aeon supermarket on the lower ground floor. It's always fun to explore this place.

Still looks good and vibrant enough despite post covid. Definitely better and more welcoming then the other malls. It remains as a higher end mall. Clean and bright with a decent crowd. All the best!

An unusual layout of the shopping mall, but one that is clean and feels spacious. The mall is very near to the Eastin Hotel Penang and there are many parking spaces. The Queensbay Mall has local and western restaurants, cafés, grocery shops, ice cream parlour, clothing and sports stores and many more. The guards are friendly and if you have any questions, ask them for help.

This place is huge with North, Central and South segments, plus 4-5 levels. Need at least 1/2 a day. Went there as the final stop before boarding the flight home as there's luggage locker @ RM5 per locker. Good for 1 large check in luggage.

One of the best malls available in Penang island , spacious , clean and is walking distance from the beach and dataran queensbay . 👍🏻 The mall is separated into 3 zones and is very similar to Midvalley in KL . The biggest Grocer in it is Aeon and they have a wide range of shops available such as Typo , Cotton on , Uniqlo and many more . They have many cafes for a good hang out such as coffee bean and Starbucks too ✨ Mall is happening with many events especially during festival season . They have a huge food court located at level 3 ( Queens Hall ) . 💯 You’ll definitely be spoilt for choices at this mall and is the upper class mall which is suitable for youngsters and family hang outs . ✅

Lots of tenant and there’s a huge uniqlo in this mall. There’s a food hall on the top floor where they have many different food stalls and it’s more affordable for the public as well.

An ideal shopping mall. Filled with a large variety of shops and stores. It has basically everything you need and don't need! From restaurants to clothing stores, sportswear, stalls phone distributors and many more. And as for the Christmas Deco this year, well, its INCREDIBLE! Although the fact that they charge you to enter and snap some photos shows how the MCO has affected the mall too. After all these years Queensbay has never failed to impress.

Big mall with a wide array of choices. Design and layout of which would put most malls in KL to shame. Definitely reccomended. Seated right next to the waterside, good spot for dates/family gathering or even a small session of jogging/cycling

Very easy to get to Queensbay Mall from KOMTAR Bus Station via Rapid bus 401E. To me, it's the best Mall on Penang Island with a huge variety of retail shoplots and eateries. And it has AEON, my favorite grocer.

Pretty nice mall that's easy to navigate due to its long-ish design. Many retail and food outlets. The anchor department store and supermarket is AEON. Getting into the parking can be a bit annoying because they perform temperature checks before letting you in, so you can expect backed up traffic. An alternative is to park at the adjacent shop lots and walk over.

Friendly reminder to those plan to have a shopping in Queensbay shopping mall penang, plan your time early, if you are late you will suffer in finding car park. Queensbay mall is one of the famous shopping mall in penang, most of the customer are from local or tourist. Product sales with customers need, so no worry that you can not buy your love items. Can spend time with family or friend here, lots of shop and restaurants here for you to choose. Highly recommended.

Not too big but enough to explore and buy things. As a tourist, I was impressed with the Dyson hand dryer in the public toilet! When I was bored and confused where to eat, I went to Aeon mall downstairs and bought sushi there. Quite spacious to dine in! The food court also has various type of food.

Compared to other malls I have visited in Penang, this one is busy. Still, there wasn't really anyone in the majority of the stores. This mall is home to most of the leading brands, including Birkenstock, Calvin Klein, Guess, Levi's, Padinin, Polo Club, and many more. In addition, there are many food vendors and coffee establishments to select from. It's easy to window-shop for several hours and sample a few of the cuisines. The amenities, including the baby changing room, are excellent, and the restrooms are well maintained and clean. Unlike the stores on the street, cleanliness in the environment tends to be the last priority. I hope the food stores in the mall continue because the management is providing a valuable service to the public. The variety of culinary options at this mall was, in my opinion, one of its main draws. I also noticed that the mall had several coffee shops. My fave local drink is still tea tarik and kopi-O. No other western cafe can beat them. It is a must-try for all foreign tourists. In any case, you can get a Starbucks in the majority of countries. Whenever I go, my first priority continues to be supporting local businesses.

Many retail shops and eateries. Great to shop for new clothes, handbags, shoes for Chinese New Year. So looked up at H&M, Padini, Uniqlo, Aeon. Went hunting for CNY cookies at the lower ground floor of Aeon. Took photos with the replica of the majestic Temple of Heaven, Beijing and the elegant Dragon at the centre of the mall.

One of the most popular and hottest shopping mall in Penang. They always have the most beautiful decorations during festival seasons like Christmas and Chinese New Year. It is a nice place to visit with your family or friends but be ready to queue in a long line to enter the car park if you come here during peak hours.

Most popular shopping mall in Penang (after Gurney Plaza) with many brands, restaurants, and parking. They are famous for their festive decor and for hosting multiple events (such as 3x3 basketball competitions and family fun events). However, it is located further from Georgetown and thus is not as strategically located as say, Gurney Plaza.

Spacious. A huge number of shops, malls, outlets and restaurants. Can get lost easily but a board is provided with the directions and signs are also available everywhere. GSC and Karaoke are available too. Several high end shops. Good place to just walk around. Bring a jacket as the place can get really cold sometimes.

It is a must visit place during Christmas to witness the decoration which brings the season greetings to live and create the atmosphere of celebration. Queensbay never disappoints its customers every year by putting up the impressive decoration to create a festive mood and holiday.

Worst ever management. Look like security personnels are not happy to serve customer. If compare Gurney Plaza and this mall, this is totally ko. No greetings and not happy at all during scanning process (temperature) at basement everyday. Just scan the driver only. Probably not even scan. Just point the scanner and ask to drive in ☹️

  • 5/5 Syafiq K. 3 years ago on Google
The best mall in Penang. The largest one, too, which means there are many stores/shops housed in here. Anchor tenants include AEON Department Store and Golden Screen Cinemas. Lots of parking spaces available, both open and covered. I love how they choose to screen for customer’s body temperature at the parking complex entrance. This therefore means that they do not have to cordon off the multiple entrances to the mall from the parking complex. Most malls in other states only allow one entrance and exit which only tires the patrons - it’s quite a distance to walk to and fro. One complain I have is on the eateries. Most eateries I have been to refuse to serve patrons before 12pm. I am quite disappointed that they fail to prepare their premise for us to dine in even when it was already 11.20am and the mall is opened at 10.30am daily. Only a handful will serve you for breakfast/brunch. You will have to otherwise wait for lunch hours to dine in at other eateries.

Typical hypermarket , nothing exotic about this place . Parking is a bit headache , including paying for parking , you will know what i mean once you are there . Has variety of businesses , clothing , food , grocery , high end boutiques and brands etc. Price is ok if you only want to come here once in a while , don't come everyday . Used to have beautiful beach and cheap local foods across the road , now they put ugly fences and huge stones on it , in a typical industrialized commercialized capitalist ideal haven ... you can see the infamous Jerejak Island from here ... pay a visit .

I went to Queensbay Mall on Saturday, 23 October 2021. Although I welcome the extra SOP in place during this Covid-19 pandemic. However, I felt being inconvenienced during the process of entering the Mall’s carpark nearer to HSBC bank. There are two checks before entering the mall’s carpark, firstly all car occupant’s temperature was taken and we are required to show our MySejahtera App for our status and another checks was just before tapping our Touch and Go card and was told to scan the QR Code. Why it can’t be simplified during the first check? It has caused massive jam of traffic for vehicles trying to get into the carpark and those who are using the same passage to go to Bayan Baru. Queensbay Mall has the same management with Gurney Plaza but why the handling is so different?

  • 1/5 Nur Aiman Nur I. 2 years ago on Google
Dear management, GET RID of in-vehicle temperature and mysejahtera check. It serves no purpose other than creating a 20 MIN TRAFFIC JAM just to enter the multi-storey carpark, whereas you need to scan again to enter the mall! If your temperature exceeds 37.5C or you're not double-dosed, then what? You can't u-turn anyway! Ridiculous policy. The guards there looks exhausted and exposed to constant car emission.

One of the best places to visit in Penang. QueensBay Mall us so huge and you better save up all your stamina if you plan on exploring all vendors available in all the zones. Car parking is available exactly opposite to the mall and also available inside the mall as multilevel car parking.

Fun place to window shop with a wide variety of stores including clothing, hardware, gadgets, bedding, groceries, restaurants and desserts. There is even a pet store, basketball court and an escape room. The food court is big with a wide variety of food at reasonable prices (food court prices, not hawker prices). But if you don't like crowds, try to avoid weekends and public holidays.

The mall offers a diverse and vibrant shopping experience with a wide range of stores catering to various tastes and preferences. From high-end fashion boutiques to affordable outlets, it caters to a diverse demographic. The spacious layout and well-designed interiors create a pleasant ambiance for shoppers. Numerous dining options provide a culinary journey, satisfying different cravings. The mall also hosts entertaining events and promotions, adding an engaging touch to the overall experience. However, parking can be a challenge during peak hours, and crowd management could be improved. Despite these minor drawbacks, the mall remains a go-to destination for a comprehensive shopping and leisure outing.
