Mixed asian cuisine - most notably dishes from Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnamese. Food is really tasty and delicious. Ambience is cooling as its near the sea. In case you didn't know, they serve their dishes one after another (european style as you only get your next dish after you finish one). So if you're feeling hungry when there, you can always request for all the dishes to be served at once. Overall a nice and cosy place to dine in.

While food presentation is nice, the food is generally bland with the taste coming from accompanying sauces. Both the noodles & chicken dishes we ordered were too dry & disappointing. The fried noodles cost RM19 a plate compared to RM8 to RM9 for noodles at most local eateries. The garden setting was too warm & even with the air blower beside us, we were sweating.

We went for the roast Sunday lunch last week after seeing it advertised and was extremely disappointed. The picture they advertise of the portion is nothing like what you actually receive. We opted for the roast lamb which is 78RM each so not cheap. The quality of the food was good but the portion size was very small. We've been to Indochine a few times and always been disappointed with the size of the meals but they actually showed photographs so thought we would give it another try. We complained to the waiter and showed a photo of what we should have and he agreed. He suggested we leave our contact details for the Manager which we did. It's now a week later and we've heard nothing! The first photo is what they advertise the s cond what you get.

Very nice Pho with thick, flavor packed broth. The coffee was a bit of let down with bland taste. Price is on the higher side but it's worth every penny for their ingredients (well except for the coffee). However many mosquitoes was also feasting on me when I was having brunch there. Maybe because I was the only customer that time.

The shumai with pate and fried egg is quite interesting. Sui kow soup and chicken with sticky rice is also good. The sticky rice is freshly made so its more soft than what you would usually expect. The best was the potatoes with bacon which did not just have bacon but also thin slices of pork belly. Overall the mix of different dishes and styles for you to try all in one place is great. Food and location is presented nicely. Good place for brunch and dinner. Some dishes may take time to prepare but the wait is well worth it.

Fantastic food in general, quite spicy and service is good. The only minus point was the over cooked beef. Very nice environment with lots of plants and deco.

(RECOMENDED) -Food was ok (loved the Green curry chicken) -Ginger+lemongrass drink was good -Female waiter was extremely polite(well done) -aircond is there but not chill enough for me as way too high up I guess : ) Plus 2 white rice,my bill came rm69 which was ok.. Overall,it's a nice place to Chill out n relax for those after a long day of walking and checking out places in Penang. **nice picture under the aircond but wat a waste.. better to put it lower or at the door next to the cashier counter, and then lower the aircond : )
