Severely understaffed and rude to boot. Went twice, twice left without any service. Had the rude waitress put a finger in my face "you nak makan sini you tunggu satu jam tau!" Hangpa ingat hang punya makanan dasyhat kot? A bunch of unhappy angry employees who are quite likely to poison your food or spit in them. Stay away!

The cashier's kindness ruined my mood.She gets annoyed with the customer and responds slowly because the food didn't come out quickly. She is so unkind. Skinny and wear glasses

worst service ever . me and my husband went for dine in , the chinese staff wasn’t friendly and busy with phone during working hours since customers will order through qr qode . the drinks we didn’t receive exactly like in the picture . my mushroom soup was served messy . they didn’t wipe the dirty bowl spilled with soup before serving it to customers . i request for a medium pizza box to pack my leftovers but i received a used box . the worst service ever since the last time i came for dine in .

The SLOWEST Pizza Hut ever. They either need to get more staff or train their staff better. The orders come in slow, they missed our orders.. Seriously, they need to be better

Excited for the genshin collab! Thought it’ll be like dominos but my goodness. No fries. Lack of staff. Been sitting here for an hour and pizza is still not served. They served other tables instead of mine despite being seated WAYY earlier. Edit: pizza arrived an hour and 15 minutes later looking like it was rushed and prepared poorly. Edit 2: was suddenly told that the genshin merch was sold out and that it shouldn’t be in the system. Summary: Waited 1 hour for pizza Was told out of stock once i’m halfway through eating In the end, We’ve agreed for me to just come back and collect the merch once it’s back in stock.. Final edit: 19/7 went to collect what I’m owed. The manager on duty was super rude and did not even apologise at all Even asked me to just make a complaint instead of discussing things with him if I’m not happy

Just now afternoon I order Pizza hut at vantage Tanjung tokong..(I order by foodpanda) When rider send to me ady 1 h+ Rider tell me that he also wait at there for 1 hour When rider pick up the food, the everything is cold only the soup is hot…. When rider give to me and ask me to touch the pizza box is NOT HOT…. Only the soup is HOT…. Izit now customer order anything is serve by cold…. Not serve by hot?

Bad service. Just a few customer also not able yo render good service. Order drinks also forgot to serve n don't apologise at all. When serving food also, not even smile. Serving food late. No second visit.

We tried to dine in the restaurant, but it wasn't possible because there was no staff enough to prepare the order or to service us (the only customers in the restaurant.) No wonder why the place was empty.

Very bad educated and rough service, you can only order by qr code. If you don't have any internet connection, you can't order/eat. Instead of help, we got shouted repeatedly that we must use qr code...

Please don't ever order thin sliced pizza beacouse it's really a waster because they make thinner and didn't lower the price and it can't full

Absolutely terrible and rude staff! Due to misunderstanding and lack of communication skills of the waiter, they brought me a pizza in a box instead of on the plate. I was surprised, but I thought maybe this was normal in this place. When I started eating it, the waiter came and told me I cannot eat it by the table and I have to go, because it is a takeaway. I said I didn't order a takeaway, but he insisted that I go. And then he and his colleagues started laughing. There are so many ways the waiter could have handled it, yet he decided to be rude. Do not recommend!

My order came with a missing item and it’s a nightmare to get them to just deliver it to me. Since 1.20pm until now 6pm I’m still waiting on them with repeated calls made and poor service. Strongly discourage anyone from ordering delivery from here.

I had very bad experience, the waiter mixed up our pizza with the other table they took a time and then they told him its not their pizza after that he just took the pizza inside and bring it directly to us it was on the next table for about 5 mis and they already touch it, after I told them you should bring a new pizza they were lying that its new but it got cold. I was angry and finally the agreed to do a new pizza We were waiting about 1 hour only for pizza and no one of the staff apologize to us Finally we got bad pizza chicken was dark and not good we did not eat it we just left the restaurant Bad experience, bad service, bad staff

It’s been a while I have Pizza Hut. I was looking for food but no parking for the one I like, hence thought of Pizza Hut. Went in ample space, choose the table of 4 (staff said ok) more comfy, and order personal combo. Turn out food is good, side dish (I choose chicken meat ball) is great! Is like I’m eating meatball Lasagna (lots of cheese). Staff is polite. Overall I have a satisfying later lunch. You may consider to dine in here if you want less crowded place as most people order delivery.

Severely understaffed, should not be operating, waited 24mins for my order of garlic bread+mushroom soup. Tables are not cleaned up and sticky

My desire to eat pizza hut gone forever. If you cannot serve dine Inn because of whatever reason. The staff should just stop us, instead of giving us socks experience. 😒

I recently placed a pick-up order at Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The app didn't provide any updates on the order status, which was already frustrating. When I went to the store to inquire about my order, I encountered a worker who was rude and unhelpful. The lack of customer service left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service for future customers.

Worst service. Rude staff. While I was waiting for the food, I asked for a cup to drink water from a jug for customers but they refused to give and told me to drink from the used cup...

Just went there a while ago and wanted to order a combo that was 50 ringgit and I even asked the person taking my order if the combo was available and if it was 50 ringgit, he said yes. After ordering and when I'm about to pay, he says oh by the way the price has changed to 65 ringgit. Terrible just terrible. Will definitely not be going there again too since the pizzas are dry.
