The staff said it will take 1 hour plus to get the food ready and they were like making all the customers to leave. The best part is i could only see few tables being occupied and they always close their FOOD PANDA . Guess this outlet was the worst i have seen.

Tried the curry mee there and I highly recommend it! Tasty and spicy with just the right amount of ingredients and just the right tenderness to the chicken. Would definitely visit again! Place was clean and spacious.

Meh. It's just boring. I'm not sure what people like about it. It's not even super cheap or anything. The taste was uninspiring, and some menu options were missing. The chicken tasted like it was just parboiled and then slightly seasoned.

This one is a good find in the 1st Avenue mall in Georgetown Penang, Malaysia. The food was surprisingly delicious, at the time of ordering food I was doubting and hesitant if the taste will be good but the restaurant answered by putting a huge WOW in my mouth. I went there to taste it and ended up going there for dinner every day

Super late in taking orders..I entered 3.45pm and till 4.20pm no one is there to take order..I can see the staff's walk around & around without taking orders...They take down the orders from the customer who came after me n yet me left behind.. Improve your customer service please and hire 2 more staff's who can work efficiently...not to walk around till the customer need to call out for them to take order..VERY BAD SERVICE EVER!!! WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN..

The Chicken Rice Shop chain is at many mall and location. Their infamous steamed chicken and also their signature chicken rice are above average and edible. We loved their curry chicken with potatoes which is very creamy, tasty and the aromatic spices filled gravy. It's mouth watering and goes well with rice or roti canai. TCRS is located at 1st Avenue Lower Ground beside Sushi King.

The customer service is good. There wasn't many people, even during peak hour. The nasi ayam is great. Would recommend fish assam pedas here 👍
