We stayed for 3 nights on the 9th floor. Unfortunately, we booked the non-cancellation room. A mistake. The hotel is located at the very far end of Batu Ferringhi beach and there were few restaurant options. The beach is pretty, but I wouldn't go into that murky polluted water. The room is spacious, but old and outdated. It needs thorough cleaning and maintenance. We had several issues with the room when we checked in. Using the in-room phone, we called the front desk and the customer service lines, but the guy who answered the phone kept cutting us off. It appears he may not understand English. After waiting 40 minutes for someone to show up, we went to the registration desk requesting to switch room. They denied our request but offered to resolve the issues; 1) locked safe, 2) TV, and 3) smelly pillows. They resolved issues 1 and 2, but tried to resolve issue 3 by masking the odors with fabric spray. It didn't work. The sour odors lingered for the entire stay. We tried 5 different pillows and all 5 stank. We tried covering it with a towel, but the smells permeated. The staff appears overworked and overwhelmed. Seems like they were short staffed. The only good thing about the hotel is the view, pool, and garden, but it's not enough for us to return or recommend. We moved to a better hotel for our next 5 days instead of staying in this hotel.

Definitely, an amazing property for a weekend to get relaxed by the beach! Location is great and well equipped with good amount of amenities that suits kids as wellas adults. Rooms are excellent and spacious, however, the only drawback was the absence of water stopper in bathtub. Hope, the hotel management will look into it. Breakfast option is good with a scope of improvement. The quality of food is amazing! Good luck!

Even though this hotel is a bit old and not so modern as other new hotels - but it served all the purpose I needed - big room, clean room, strategic location, big pools, nearby to the beach and.. friendly staff! We booked a family room, and it was spacious. We have 2 king beds, and 2 single beds - suitable for us (4 adults and 3 children). We even have extra space in the room to chill. Overall experience : GOOD. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

No deposit for check in. Nice pool for children. Can walk to the sea shores and enjoy nice sunset view. Near the bus station around 100m,restaurant and mini market. The room is nice, water flow kinda slow but its okay. Recommended.

Family had a great time, check in was fast, room was clean and big, very helpful housekeeping, maintenance and duty manager to help resolve the condensation issue. Pool was great, children loved it, lifeguard was mindful enough to ask my children if they were supervised before allowing them to jump into the pool. The chairs and tables at the play pool could be much better, why downgrade your hotel by placing old chairs and tables there? Also could use some shades since parents need to sit there to look after the children, don't let the parents bake under the sun. And the place will look better if you remove those sad looking animal statues. Great beach next to the pool with good massage service. Breakfast was good, the French Toast was very nice. Could do with more variety. Very convenient since the bus stops right in front of the hotel and the convenience store downstairs has much varieties. Laundry service was spot on. Friendly staff and good service. All good, just need some touch up here and you are good to go. We will be back.

Great place to bring small children for short getaway..Make sure to bring them to the play pools..Can head straight to beach from pool area..the beach water however is not that clean n clear comparing to other batu feringghi area..Room price is reasonable..

I had a great stay in Bayview Beach Resort & this is my first time being here although being a penangites. I came here to celebrate my 2nd wedding anniversary & I do enjoy the stay except for the part where electricity goes off suddenly. Generator should have kick in when the electricity went off but I don't blame hotel side due to it happened twice within two days. Overall it has been a good stay & enjoyed almost everything from start till the end. I'm looking forward to come again to your hotel.

Used to luvs their breakfast but its a total letdown. I regretted paying for it rather than eating out. Any coffee shop can serve simple and decent breakfast. The most disappointing part is hotel is not strict with the guest. The sight at the pool is disgusting. People going in with their clothes instead of proper swimwear. But have to give credit to their room. Although its old but its very well maintained.

The only problem with this hotel is services. Other than that the room is comfortable. But there are bath tub problem the reception is nice but went have problem with your room key your will be ask to comedown to the receptionist by your own the breakfast is very good The pool also very good near to the beach and have horses to be rent. Please chose a nice one.

For a 4 Star Hotel, it was disappointing and would not book here again. This place does not give you a 4 hotel experience. Room - slippers weren't provided, only provided one set of toiletry and a single tissue roll, bathroom tile grouts had stained that I removed using toothbrush. Walls are on the thinner side. You will be able to hear next door neighbors - so you can be awaken by neighbors. Walls and tabletops were dusty or had stains. Again, this cam be removed using wet cloth but not what I expected to do in a hotel. Common place - after sunset, the reception area is dark with many areas not lit up. Marco Polo restaurant has closed down. Dinner wise, you can order for in room service but you are better going outside for takeaway. Service - Called receptionist twice after 7PM, no one picked up. It was not stated if receptionist are unavailable after 5PM. Quite surprised as from hotels I have visited, reception always pick up even at odd hours.

Clean. Spacious room. Nothing much to do at night beside their night market. Breakfast was so so but variety. This trip is for my kids so they are enjoying the pool very much. It is just the pool rules quite strict which is not allowed u to wear jersey type shirt. Remember always wear swimsuit aahh 😂

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room we booked is a family room for 4 person. It was a partial Seaview. The view from the balcony is beautiful especially in the evening. Overall the room is superb and very very clean. We enjoyed walking at the seaside and both my children loved the horse riding. This resort is highly recommended for those whole love to stay by the beach due to it's serenity and additional activities for sea lovers.

We stayed in a family room, which was nice and big. The bed in the main bedroom was HUGE - basically 2 queen sized beds pushed together. The decor was simple and the hotel is quite old, but impeccably clean. The pools are very nice and well maintained and it's right on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Had a great time.

Please improve on the floor cleanliness in the room. When we step on the floor our foot get black dirty like its not being mop. As a Muslim I need to perform prayer in the room but felt disappointed on floor cleanliness. We choose family suite with sea view, the room quite spacious and can fit more extra bed, I think around 3 single bed maybe. Extra bed need to pay rm100 per night. Others is ok, staff is friendly and informative, pool for kids is nice, view for higher floor is beautiful, can walk to the beach or hang out at the beach chair.

A very family-friendly place for you to stay. Huge pool, walking-distance beach, fully-equipped facilities, spacious and clean room. I love this place so much, except for the breakfast buffet which I do not really recommend. We were served with uncooked chicken. Overall everything else was great.

Probably the best Bayview hotel in Malaysia (Yes I went to all of them). Located directly on the coast with direct access to the beach. I got a room with a side view, which is very charming during the sunsets and sunrises. If you book through their website you can get a better price and free breakfast. Breakfast is reasonable for the price range but could use more variety as the food is mostly Malaysian only. The location is a bit far from the downtown area but has plenty of nearby attractions/activities.

The Bayview hotel in Penang was magnificent. We came with my wife for 4 nights. The staff were very attentive. The pool is great. The room and corridors are clean. The beach adjoining the terrace is a big plus. The breakfast is plentiful. I won't hesitate to come back here if I ever come back to Penang.

The hotel is quiet and it’s around 8 minutes from the tourist crowds, Ferringhi Walk. Indeed a peaceful retreat with friendly staff, comfortable room, and a serene beach just steps away. Can access the beach opposite the hotel with a overhead pedestrian bridge. Just perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Had a great relaxing holiday doing nothing but enjoy the sun, sea and nature. This hotel is great escape for a short, peaceful getaway. Really enjoyed it and you can just walk to the nearby food centre either by the main road or take a beach walk. Hotel is clean although it is aged but still spacious and comfortable. Talk to the birds, they come to you every morning as you lay on the benches after breakfast. 😊

I am writing to address some concerning issues that arose during my recent stay at your establishment. Firstly, upon checking into three rooms for a three-day, two-night stay, we encountered several maintenance issues within the rooms. These included a balcony door that was unable to open, a safety box locked by a previous user, leftover potato chips under the sofa, and stains on the bedsheets. These shortcomings significantly impacted our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. While we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the seaside and the overall pleasant environment, we were disappointed to find the swimming pool water slightly dirty, which detracted from our enjoyment of the facilities. However, the most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered our room without seeking our permission while we were away. We had left personal belongings, including a laptop and other gadgets, inside the room due to the inability to use the locked or broken safety box provided by the hotel. The staff claimed they intended to retrieve clothes belonging to other guests who had flown onto our room's balcony. Despite this explanation, we received no phone call or advanced notification regarding their entry, which we find unacceptable and a breach of our privacy and security, also ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was hanging outside (might got dropped on the floor as it got tear off), so no cleaner/ helper should be enter without permission. We made a complaint to the hotel manager, and we appreciated that he immediately conducted an investigation into the entire incident. While he apologized to us, we were disappointed that he was unable to provide any compensation or discount for this unpleasant experience. Instead, he provided us with the name card of the hotel duty manager and stated that they would provide us with better service during our next visit. However, these promises seem unrealistic and uncertain. It is concerning to consider returning to a hotel where the staff may enter your room without permission Reply to the owner feedback below: If you claimed that housekeeping staff have the right to coming in for housekeeping even after do no disturb sign already hang on the door, then we got nothing much to say if that is your hotel policy, then for what you provide us the sign? Also in addition, the room do not got clean up as the left over potato chips on the floor by previous guest also still there & nobody clear our leftover food on the balcony too

We booked here for a short vacation. The room is spacious but looks old. It also needs thorough cleaning. Even after I requested a room cleaning there are still dust and hair fall from the old guest. As I watch them clean they clean only the door part of the room but near the balcony and under the tables they don’t clean. Not good if you have a baby who loves crawling and playing on the floor. But the view of the place is so relaxing.

Overall it's a nice resort but very old and rundown. Definitely can tell it was very planned when it was newly built. However it sure needs a thorough renovation with the bathrooms as it is the main holdback for me to come back again. Staff are well trained and are all very friendly and helpful Common facilities are well maintained, such as the garden and pool area, the playroom and the dining area. Beach area just outside has plenty of shade due to the hotel planted lots of trees. The water sports centre staff (not sure if related to the hotel) were nice and friendly too, not hard selling which make the whole experience even better.

It was a pleasant stay here. With an affordable rate we managed to enjoy a spacious and clean room, superb facility and delicious breakfast. The registration process was efficient and the main attractions were beachfront and kids pool. We would like to recommend this resort to others.

Came here for a short weekend trip and enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are big and spacious and the toilets come with a bathtub so it's very nice and relaxing to soak in. There's a nice pool area that's great for just enjoying or for kids, and even a "waterfall" meditation pool that was great for relaxing in. This place also has direct access to the beach and you can catch a very nice sunset along the beach if that's what you'd like. The view is decent for us since we picked the room facing the hills, but I believe you can pay a little extra to get views of the beach. The location is also great if you're looking to explore the Batu Ferringhi area. Easy to get a Grab here too. Staff were also very helpful and friendly when had questions about going to certain places.

this place is SO rad. They upgraded us for free to a better view because it was during the slow season, and it was absolutely stunning. Mom and I sat out on the beach chairs, swam in the ocean, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was accommodating, the restaurants nearby are delicious, and the layout (pools/beach area/vibe) was all on point. Recommend!

I rate this hotel a 5/5 stars for amazing service. The room was quite big and the air-conditioning was just right. I was expecting the room to be freezing when I turned down the temp to 18⁰C. But it was just right. The bed was so comfortable I was so tempted to ask the front desk where they get their bedsheets and mattress from. It was so soft compared to my hard mattress back home in KL. I had an absolutely splendid sleep. Bathroom was clean and the towels were so soft. Best part.....hot water! In the morning, I went down to G floor to grab some breakfast: scrambled eggs, fried dumplings (wan ton), and home-made pancakes (bite-sized compared to frying pan sized pancakes) and a bowl of Coco Crunch. Normally, I'll feel very full after having a breakfast like this but it was just right to keep me full until lunch. To the BAYVIEW BEACH RESORT staff, thank you for making my 2 day 1 night trip memorable. Keep it up. I look forward to coming back to spend more nights here.

Went here for my father's parent company annual dinner. For a second time actually. I have no complaints at all but the room feels dusty. But it is still manageable and I enjoyed my stay here. I have always loved the scenery at the back of this hotel. The breakfast buffet also tastes good and offers a lot of food varieties.

Its a decent hotel rather than resort. Live counters available in evening at Garden near beach area. Small slide is available for kids. Beach is clean. Rooms are big. Limited option in breakfast. But, its worth what you are paying!!

Rooms were bad. Bathroom were falling apart. Had three different rooms with same conditions. Water pressure was bad on the 10th floor. Goes from low pressure to no water whatsoever. Then from warm water to boiling water due to the water pressure issues. Recommended to take lower floors for better water pressure. Food was alright. Swimming Pool was great. Had beach access with some water activities.

The Hotel service was exceptional. Room condition was clean and the booking experience with the hotel were very good. My last stay there with the hotel was very welcoming and the room is spacious too! my only complain is lacking area for parking, but no worries because hotel staff is always around to guide you to find one.

This hotel is recommended. The cheapest room I found when surfing is RM230/day. With this price I don’t expect a lot. After entering the room, it is super spacious and you still can feel the luxurious design style even this is not a hotel that built recently. Parking space might be insufficient during weekend, but weekday no issue. The breakfast hotel is repeating and everyday is the same. If staying for few days, don’t eat all food at once else you will be bored.

The best thing about this hotel was the pool. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could improve because a lot of the items were very oily and heavy. The rooms are great. Best hotel room I've ever stayed in!

We stayed at the family room which was very spacious. Check in was smooth & fast, I arrived an hour earlier and the room is already ready. Housekeeping done daily in the morning so we had our roomsade up by the time we came back to the hotel. It's worthwhile to stay with family as kids were able to enjoy the pool.

Stayed here a couple of times, we’ve been to Penang quite a number of times and this is the best place we’ve stayed and we’ve stayed in some of the best hotels. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The staff are brilliant every one of them. The pool is lovely and the best bit for us is the garden, absolutely beautiful. Will be back in November

The hotel is right on the beach. So nice walks but we didn't swim. We didn't see anyone else swimming and we were told jellyfish are possibly in there. Water not super clear. The pool was good though. You can order drinks by the pool and we got fresh coconut for 10MYR The buffet breakfasts were great. Fruit cereal, porridge can free, tea, cooked foods- western and Malaysian Rooms were spacious - superior Hill view. But the rooms were tired. We ate out at dinner at street food.

Good experience at the hotel. Mine was a group of 5 people including 1 small kid and we booked 2 rooms. They allotted us a connecting room without my request. It was much easier to navigate to both the rooms compared to 2 separate rooms. Rooms were Big and comfy although not much luxury either in the room or the hotel lobby, but for a 4 star hotel, it was enough. Breakfast may be OK for non vegetarians but as we all are vegan, we could not find anything other than bread butter, a few types of juice etc. So a few more vegan options are more welcome.

The room is very spacious! There are restaurants around this area and it is very easy for my husband and I to walk every morning to eat breakfast. We enjoy the beach as well as it's connected to the hotel and they have various types of beach activities. I stayed here because it's very near to Escape Penang and I believe it was the best decision I've ever made because it's really close. Very recommended!

Best pool and beach area. Rooms could do with a renovation but they are clean and good enough. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Relax by the beach during the day and Georgetown for dinner was my routine. Loved it, very relaxing

Greeted with a warm friendly smile from all the staffs. Location is great, right at the beach. Massage is good at its own premises. Breakfast served with variety of choices. Room is neat, clean and toiletries provided. There's also a massage, nail shop, restaurants outside the hotel. Walking distance from it night market too. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Overall happy and good.

The location is awesome, direct access to the beach 24/7 but the lack of lighting at night was quite bothersome. The rooms were clean but I forgot to ask for sea view. The WIFI was good enough. The reception staff (night shift) was welcoming.

Lobby is classic and grand although design is old. A little bit aging but good value hotel with spacious room and large bed. My room aircon control does not seems to work properly but not sure if it is my room only. Breakfast is acceptable but can't say it is great. Just bad experience with marketing/sales team. Informed them in advanced it is big family gathering for birthday (booked 3 big family rooms with 15 persons). Had stayed at 3 star hotel before for my birthday and normally they will do at least simple decoration, or at least a card of happy birthday. For Bayview, it is a shocked to received hotel replied arrogantly that they will not do any decoration (or anything at all), unless i paid up few hundred for a "package". Totally unacceptable respond especially after we had paid more than 3k for 2 nights for multiple rooms. Swimming pool is good and large enough for play and swim. There is also nice garden between swimming pool and beach just outside the gate.

Check in process is very smooth and fast. Room is also very clean and comfortable. We booked for a mountain view room but we get a free upgrade to sea view room! The beach is just a few steps away, would definitely recommend for those that like beach. There’s also a lot of bench and chairs at the outdoor for you to chill. Would definitely stay here again next time!

I love the big rooms here. Parking is a bit of a hassle during peak school holidays. Big adult n children's pools that my children love. My wife liked the massage on the deckchair facing the sea n food from the pool bar stalls are reasonably priced. Lunch n dinner outlets are along the main road to/fro hotel with reasonable prices...

The hotel was perfect getaway for those on budget by still want a room with bathtub, good view, big pool at seaside. The room is spacious and clean. Overall hotel is good enough and as expected. They still can improve the maintenance and the vibe.

The check-in time is jam packed, it's pack with people even at 5pm and the parking space is terrible. The cars is parked till outer road side and it looks like its not been managed properly. The staff told the hotel is occupying at 100% occupancies during this period..

The beach is okay but can't swim because of jellyfish. They had swimming pool for children and adults. The children will enjoy the pool. Their morning breakfast was excellent. The parking has a problem. We cannot find space to park the car. Otherwise its an excellent place to stay..

Great hospitality with check-in checkout and breakfast time ( breakfast is order not buffet. either Asian or Western ) . Lovely experience for my kids in the kids pool. They spend most of their time in the slide. like 1000x times sliding 😂 Overall its nice experienced just we dont have the floor towel that put in the washroom area. Quite slippery especially for kids.

Book the room during the 50% promotion buy through bayview website. Stay there 4D3N, got free room upgrade to family suite seaview because of my birthday. My kids enjoy the pool & beach to the fullest! The breakfast is just so-so because no buffet, need to order Asian or western set. Staff is very helpful, room is great size with bath tub. Looking at the number of guests on arrival it is inevitable that there exist glitches at the reception! The strict SOP in itself further contributed to the longer waiting time. However the staff that handled the brekfast was magnificent. Likewise the housekeeping personnel.

Stayed in Seaview King Suite with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Can view the beautiful sea from our balcony. Can go swimming in the pool and also at the sea which is walking distance from this hotel Recommended to stay.

After a long rest at home it is the perfect place to have a short vacation with family.The services is very superb and all the staff are very polite and friendly.Rooms are clean.Love the view.The food are good and not to expensive.Near the hotel have so many access to shops and restaurants so no worries to find food or any other things. Nothing else to say just better find a date and experience it yourself, you'll love it.

The view of the beach from the hotel room was superb. The hospitality from the hotel team was great. The breakfast considered well and suitable with the price paid. My children loves the swimming pool so much.

This is an established hotel. I was here before the Raya crowd came in. The room is with good acoustic control. Quiet most of the time. Fairly clean linens. Towel wise, can still improve a bit. I changed a new one after the first night stay. The location is superb with a long stretch of beach right in front of the door step. It came with beautiful lawn with plenty of beach lounges for a quality alone time. Swimming pool is available too. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. This resort might be old and outdated but the charm is outside the room where the pools and beaches were. Suitable for family vacation and those who need a quick getaway. Not suitable for honeymoon couples and those who want a romantic getaway. The room is spacious. The seaview and mountain view are great. Food easy to get with price ranging from $ to $$$.

They should give their normal room rate below RM200/night. Not worth RM25x that I paid with breakfast style like a cheap restaurant. The room is just 'meh'. My mattress at home is much better than this hotel's. They have nicer beach than ParkRoyal though with activities. There is a jetty at the beach. I really like that. Will definitely come back if the price is below RM200/night. Above that, sorry.

Huge rooms with oodles of storage space and newly laid flooring( not carpets).Exceptionally friendly staff. Gorgeous garden with massages available ( had a foot massage then a full body next day as it was SO good). Pools are lovely. Was lucky to go on weekdays, as weekends can be busy, so enjoy the calm atmosphere. Eaten here for 7 or 8 years; food this trip was simple and fresh. Didn't have breakfast. Exceptional value for a well-established hotel

Good place for a stay. Friendly welcome from the lobby entrance, to the front desk, and everything else. Except for house keeping, turns out the hotel were having some issues with providing towels, which is fine honestly. Whats not fine was the house keeping, i tried calling them to ask for extra towels, but instead of picking up and inform me there are no extra towels available, they just picked up the phone and hung up. Had to call couple more times after that just to get them answer the phone and inform us of the issue, and the way they communicate wasnt friendly as well, it was more like they were annoyed with the calls. I understand if they had multiple of calls coming, probably for the same issue, but you still have to communicate properly. This is a 4-5 star hotel, you should have a really good hospitality including the house keeping. If you cant do so, then dont work in hospitality industry. I have no other issues tho, the rest were so friendly. My issue was just with house keeping. Please let your staff know regarding this matter.

Nice room, especially family room, but when have promo back to back, they cant manage it. We check in at 7pm, they promise we can go to the room at 5pm.. Hope they can improve.. The rest is good.. Breakfast is ala carte..

The overall impression of the stay is pleasant! The room is clean, as in the picture, cleaning is timely, polite staff! Nice that the hotel has a minimarket and excellent massage service! The only thing that confused was the feeling of a large number of strangers - next to the hotel there is an easy passage from the city, no one watches the entrance to the beach and the hotel territory.

Stayed there for 1 night in family suite with side seaview. Arrived at 3pm and checked in at 4pm. Lucky me during this peak days. People are packed since everybody needs holiday by this time around. Not to complain on that. Front desk staff was nice. Bellboy, guard, pool staffs all was very nice and welcoming. They are exhausted by still smiling. Room was huge and view was good. Just to complain about the amenities. lt was really not into my expectations of a 4 stars hotel. Floor was full of dust and sand when first enter. Stained bedsheets. One of the single bed’s leg was broken but still can sleep on it. No indoor slippers provided (husband request at happened to meet housekeeper by next day)No bathrobe. Toilets super slippery. My youngest already fell down and my parent have to be really careful inside the toilet, they bring their own slippers inside. Super worried when they start entering it. Coffee and water heater was kept inside the tv board. Why? Why dont you guys put on top of it so customers can notice it? 3in1 coffee is not into my liking. ( im a coffee person) so minus from there. TV channel is so old fashioned. At least basic Astro? No cartoons channel for kids is really frustrating during stay-at-room-only time. Next the food is not really good. Sorry to say. Had bfast there and my kids cannot eat any even i add on nasi lemak for rm10 since they love nasi lemak but still they cant even finish it. Seriously food is really in need for improvement. Seriously. Please do something. No buffet is a minus too. Not sure because of the cost or pandemic (but we still eats at the cafe together with others though). Overall is good just to improve on basic amenities and food. Oh and Surau below too. Please fix it even if its meant for your staff. Make it nice and comfortable for them and customers :)

1) A very good hotel and very professional/friendly staff that made checking in safe and easy. 2) Request for housekeeping i.e. change of bedsheet, towels for the room and phone not working were attended immediately even though the hotel was fully booked. 3) The only negative is the lack of parking space though I'm very thankful for the parking attendants that was very helpful in directing us to spaces without obstructing other cars.

The staff so friendly! the room was so clean and neat. But it will be good if they add anti slip foot carpet in front of bathroom's door. The bathroom's floor a little bit slippery. Be careful. me myself falling down because of the floor.

I'm giving 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, til the moment I left the hotel, everything was perfect. The reception greet with great smile (can sense that even from behind his mask) 🤗 the bellboy welcomed us and our parents, helped us carried even the smallest plastic bag that came along with us 🤭 both room was clean and we're lucky to be given with connecting room and enjoy the rest of the day with our dearly old parents together 😍 our room came with the seaview and the sunset was so mesmerizing 🤩 we spent a very good quality time here and everyone had good rest the whole night to enjoy Penang the next day. Thank you Bayview Beach Resort for the hospitality, really enjoyed our stay. We hoped this won't be our last and do keep up the good work 😘👍🏻

From the beginning of our stay , it was NOT as we expected .. - King size bed room was not given and Resort staff insist claiming that the 2 beds joined together is very norm at the Resort?? This really upset us - Have to wait at corridor for the new room to be ready - Too noisy as the pool was crowded with guests NOT FOLLOWING Covid 19 S.O.P - Guest lift always crowded and fully packed and AGAIN NO COVID 19 S.O.P being followed - No proper control of COVID 19 S.O.P at Restaurant during breakfast Overall it spoiled my holiday !

We booked for 3 days through booking.com for z amount$. Upon arrival the duty manager (old female) was absolutely unprofessional and very rude to us and that was only because I asked for the additional charges made by the hotel! I've tried to explained that shouldn't be $85 extra as I've booked online for certain amount. Then she became very aggressive and asked us to leave the hotel ! I called the tourist police on her and they have attended immediately and then another hotel manager got involved saying he is "her manager" however he ended up not waving the 85$ but only offering dinner. That made our experience in that hotel terrible. Apart from that it's nice beach on side but cannot swim due to jellyfish

This is my second visit after best experience on the first visit. But for this visit, i am really dissappointed. No towel ready for us. After talk to housekeeping, we got our towel in the evening but only 2 bath towel. No face towel provided like before. Those towel provided had bad smell. Bathroom also not clean, so many hair at the corner of the bathroom. Bathtub also not functioning well, cannot stored water. Call technician to fix it, but still cannot used after technician going back. Really frustated as so many people using pool, bath tub also cannot used. But your breakfast still excellent as before. So many choices, all food are delicious, and the Service in the cafe very fast.

Our stay in the superior twin bed room was delightful. The room was spacious, accommodating both my partner and our 6-year-old children comfortably. It had a convenient couch for the kids, providing us with extra space to sleep. The balcony offered a serene view of the hills and parking lots. Opting for a sea view would likely be better. The swimming pool is spacious but was quite crowded due to the peak season. Nonetheless, our kids were thrilled to spend time there, brimming with excitement

Lobby gives the first best impression. Their room was big, clean and spacious too. Nice view and their garden was simply amazing I spent almost a day just in their garden and swimming pool. Trees surrounding, nice breezing air. Friendly staff from the day I check in till I check out. Definitely I will come back for another holiday.
