am
writing
to
address
some
concerning
issues
that
arose
during
my
recent
stay
at
your
establishment.
Firstly,
upon
checking
into
three
rooms
for
a
three-day,
two-night
stay,
we
encountered
several
maintenance
issues
within
the
rooms.
These
included
a
balcony
door
that
was
unable
to
open,
a
safety
box
locked
by
a
previous
user,
leftover
potato
chips
under
the
sofa,
and
stains
on
the
bedsheets.
These
shortcomings
significantly
impacted
our
comfort
and
satisfaction
during
our
stay.
While
we
appreciated
the
hotel's
proximity
to
the
seaside
and
the
overall
pleasant
environment,
we
were
disappointed
to
find
the
swimming
pool
water
slightly
dirty,
which
detracted
from
our
enjoyment
of
the
facilities.
However,
the
most
concerning
issue
occurred
when
hotel
staff
entered
our
room
without
seeking
our
permission
while
we
were
away.
We
had
left
personal
belongings,
including
a
laptop
and
other
gadgets,
inside
the
room
due
to
the
inability
to
use
the
locked
or
broken
safety
box
provided
by
the
hotel.
The
staff
claimed
they
intended
to
retrieve
clothes
belonging
to
other
guests
who
had
flown
onto
our
room's
balcony.
Despite
this
explanation,
we
received
no
phone
call
or
advanced
notification
regarding
their
entry,
which
we
find
unacceptable
and
a
breach
of
our
privacy
and
security,
also
‘Do
Not
Disturb’
sign
was
hanging
outside
(might
got
dropped
on
the
floor
as
it
got
tear
off),
so
no
cleaner/
helper
should
be
enter
without
permission.
We
made
a
complaint
to
the
hotel
manager,
and
we
appreciated
that
he
immediately
conducted
an
investigation
into
the
entire
incident.
While
he
apologized
to
us,
we
were
disappointed
that
he
was
unable
to
provide
any
compensation
or
discount
for
this
unpleasant
experience.
Instead,
he
provided
us
with
the
name
card
of
the
hotel
duty
manager
and
stated
that
they
would
provide
us
with
better
service
during
our
next
visit.
However,
these
promises
seem
unrealistic
and
uncertain.
It
is
concerning
to
consider
returning
to
a
hotel
where
the
staff
may
enter
your
room
without
permission

If
you
claimed
that
housekeeping
staff
have
the
right
to
coming
in
for
housekeeping
even
after
do
no
disturb
sign
already
hang
on
the
door,
then
we
got
nothing
much
to
say
if
that
is
your
hotel
policy,
then
for
what
you
provide
us
the
sign?
Also
in
addition,
the
room
do
not
got
clean
up
as
the
left
over
potato
chips
on
the
floor
by
previous
guest
also
still
there
&
nobody
clear
our
leftover
food
on
the
balcony
too
