There are no sufficient parking and you have to park at your own risk. For the room, the ac not functioning so well. The trap in the bathroom were always clogged. And the most annoying part is if you are staying there that's mean you are willing to share a home with some strangers though you are not in the same room. The only pros is they had a huge bed.

This Hotel room is very, very clean. The hotel perfect located in the city center, it surrounded by many grocery shops, within walking distance. Customer service was most part fantastic, the front of desk team were very accommodating, extremely kind and friendly smiles. There was unfortunately some negatives and i dont think this would be a fair review if i did not point them out. The first being the decor, specifically the wallpaper it was peeling off in many places all over the room. Second, the hotel linens weren't anything to shout about, to be precise they were CLEAN however the first set of towels had holes in them and marks on them and so did the duvets, when they were changed they changed ones also had similar problems. This doesn't unfortunately look great and this paints an unpleasant picture in ones mind. As old linens should be replaced that are at the bear minimum worn out or torn up, let alone have marks on them. Finally, the bidet pipe had a tear in it so water would leak out everywhere and the shower tap also would come off. Come on ATTA Hotel management you can do better. Improve the decor to start with and if that is too much expense then at least invest in NEW linen. You can recycle, if you worried about the environment but the quality inside the room needs to improve. However, these issues I hope the hotel read this and take action because the staff were amazing and they deserve better. It’s also in a fantastic location and they could really make the most of this opportunity to take it the next level. I really do believe ATTA hotel can be a 5 star hotel if not at least 4 star. Please take my advice the management at Atta Hotel and for anyone wanting to stay here please keep your expectations in check.

The toilet room was not cleaned. No hygiene at all. Please fix this as soon as possible for customer satisfaction. overall can give 1 star only.

Cons: One of the rooms has some ants and cockroaches. Another room we stayed doesn't have air ventilation fan in the toilet. No free water bottle and hair dryer is provided. Pros: Infinity pool at level 5. Water dispenser is provided. No smoking room. There is a dobi nearby in walking distance, can wash and dry clothes there.

Towels was not so clean, room key not working -tried all keys even master key. Hotel alarms noise every 15 minutes throughout the whole night. Had a sleepless night. Booked 2 nights, stayed one night moved out the next day, asked for a refund. Manager was attentive n agreed will transfer the refund in 3 days. Today is 41 days still didn’t get the refund.

My experience for this hotel is not that good. I book one room for my stay with my mom after surgery near Lam Wah Ee. Turns out the hotel needs stair to enter. And the room is very dirty. The floor and table was not cleaned. The bed also very dirty and smells bad. Room smells cigarette. I had a sleepless night.

Pillow and towel have stains. Shampoo and body wash are the same bottle. People talk loudly at the morning. When I asked for hair dryer with wet hair, they told me I have to wait until tomorrow?!

Room is clean and small but suitable for this price. The swimming pool is very very nice and clean, not much clo smell but they have a nice view for you to check in, taking many beautiful pictures 😍😍😍😍 Have parking so it’s ok if you have car and stay here because if no car then you need to take grab or taxi

Pros: 1- Rooms were very clean. 2- Staff were very friendly. 3- Lovely brunch cafe next door. Cons: 1- Towels were very very old and even had holes in them. Better bring your own if you will stay here. 2- No complementary water or coffee. 3- No wardrobe. 4- Location is not ideal. 5- Only 7 parking lots for visitors first come first serve. Price with promo was 150 per night per room which is kinda high compared to prices i am used to pre-covid + it seems a new owner bought the hotel and revamp it. I totally understand cutting cost to stand up but i think they should consider two things at least 1- bringing new towels 2- providing complimentary water bottles

Staff service it's good but room facilities it's out of rate, 3 star price but 1 star facilities.

Pros: Safety, room is spacious and environment is quiet. Cons: Tv is not working, cleanliness is not that good but acceptable, limited parking. Overall, great value for money. 👍🏻

Room rate pricely in my personal view however its clean. Simple room and near by the city center. If you’re looking just for sleep, this is the correct place.

A few hiccups around the room like the broken ceiling that kept leaking water in the bathroom or the bed felt broken... But otherwise comfortable stay and recommend for those who just want a place to crash for the night.

Welcomed by cockcroach. Floor is full of hair. Towel with stain. Bed with stain. Aircond with maximum fan level and minimum temperature of 18 deg celsius felt like fan. Shower can flood over to the sink floor. No tissue & bottled water given. No kettle. Toilet roll is of the cheapest quality. Hair dryer needed to be requested. Etc etc etc....endless. worst hotel ever, with this kind of proce is totally a rip off!!!!!

Rooms not clean. Found traces of hairs and cobwebs behind fridge. Towels have stains. Otherwise it could be great place as it is near to most convenient shops and laundry too. Hopefully hotel management could improve their room services.

For a budget hotel its just ok. But the management should think for the guest car park . There is no hotel car park and guest to park their car any where that not strategic and far from hotel .

The hygiene in that apartment is not so good but the security is the best and they even got the private lift for each unit

Parking not convenient and not even hire security guard to watch over guest's car, bath room not provide sanitary supply, the most I couldn't accept is not provide free mineral water in room the reason management's given they would like go for GREEN. No kettle, without basic welcome drink like coffee or tea. It's feel not friendly treated at all.

I wanted not to give even 1 star as this is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Floor dusty and found few cockroaches on wall amd floor. Not sure how the housekeeping does their work. Air cond filter also very dusty as not been cleaned. I approached to change the room and after some times given a room but that also at the same condition. I booked for 2 days but checked out earlier on next day.

Best hotel in Penang. The bed was very comfortable and clean. But during this RMCO period, you have to check-in before 11pm because the reception counter will close. If you book with online booking website like Agoda or Booking.com after 11 pm like me, it is a little hard to check-in. I have to argue with them because the online booking website still accepting bookings. 😒 But overall, it is okay if you planned your trip early. 😊

Room was good & price reasonable. Its batter to book by online platforms on cheap price. By walk price is very higher. Near by lots of Chinese food stalls & few Muslim restaurants. Guest should bring your own water bottle then you can refill by water dispenser, bcoz they don't give water to guest.
