Apartment is big , clean , and partially sea view . Very good environment to relax and healing . It is very near to the beach just walking distance .

Absolutely worth it! At around RM400+ per night for a family, you really couldn't ask for more! The air-conditioned living room and bedrooms are really spacious. Did I mention the whole unit was sparkling clean as well? Although we have five family members in a unit with only 2 bedrooms, we didn't really feel crammed at all and there was still a lot of space to move around. There were also 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed and a queen sized bed, which was enough for us. I would recommend you a unit with seaview, I'm sure you will like it very much!

If you don't want to ruin your holiday, beware of a host name "By the Sea Beach BABY". They simply cancel your stay without valid reason on the check in day morning. When you message him, he just ignoring. Imagine you are in a large group of people carrying small child, happily going for a holiday after 2 years, and the host said, "sorry, rooms not available". You are Like a cat on a hot tin roof. Irresponsible HOST ever!!!!

❗️❗️❗️ for an apartment which is supposed to be a family-friendly place, this place is totally a RED FLAG! the host (ben or lim whatever he said his name is), the management, the apartment community there, everyone who agrees with the foolish REGULATIONS here are INCONSIDERATE! only 6 persons allowed in a unit?? Ok that's for a 2rooms apartment. Then there's a slightly bigger unit for 8 people. But how's the unit is supposed to help with the so called sop when the same people who basically stays together were to put in the so called bigger unit?? For a place located in a vacation spot where most of the big families are relying on such place to stay, this apartment is ridiculous! Despite we could just sleep on the floor laughing, now we have to mourn for the loss of our money burnt by the host (ben or lim or wtv) since we cancelled our stay there because they totally ruined our vacation mood 👎👎❗️❗️👎👎

Nice place in good location. The place is well kept with only 4 units per floor in Block 106. The pool is also big enough and clean (only negative, they close at 7pm). Would go there again..

Beautiful and serene get-away with a lovely unobstructed view of the sea on higher floors and a clean accessible beach fronting the property.

The room is spacious but the interior has to be at par given the high price. For RM800++ per night, they should be able to give good quality of bed sheets and pillows and also add nice and lovely fixture and fittings. Please really check the total price to avoid hidden charges upon check out. The place changed its admin recently and it is very very strict. It can kill your holiday mood especially when you come with big group. Very nice location but if you can find other place to stay, please do so

Good beach to relax on especially if staying at one of the beach front hotels. The water was very dirty when we were there so no swimming in the sea for us but nonetheless, beautiful.

Very nice apartments, clean and hygienic. Lots of facilities in the apartment. Very close to shops, restaurants varying from Western, Chinese, Arabic and local food dishes. 8 minutes walk from Hard Rock cafe to the right and 8 minutes walk from Starbucks to the left. Next to the beach through the car park where you can find street restaurants with large varieties of foods and drinks. The beach is clean with lots of activities from Jet skiing to paragliding. Very quiet and peaceful. Fully recommended!

I've very good experience staying in the unit. The host is very polite and friendly. Free parking and the area is very accessible to various type of food just by walking. Thumbs up for your good service!

My children and i had a great stay here..by the sea-paradise. Located at batu ferringhi area. Our host mr ben is very friendly and helpful. The house is big and clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ada washing machine..dryer..so convenient. The beach is just behind the condo. The infinity pool is nice. For breakfast..there is a small stall just infront the condo selling variety of kuih..nasi lemak..nasi lemuni..etc and the price is very cheap and of coz sedap.

The room was cozy and nice. The price is actually reasonable for me since it's located near a beach. There's also private pool and gym here. The environment is also quiet and calm.

understand our requests. He said this is not 5 star apartment and ask us to wash/dry our clothes and their dirty beddings at laundry (dobi) shop. If we don't need a kitchenette (their plates / cutlery are greasy & dirty too) and washing machine/dryer: why would we book a 2 bedrooms apartment. Great! Place was clean and huge. Definitely suitable for your whole family. Complete with kitchen, utensils, washing machine and dryer. It was just a walking distance to the beach so it was really nice! Love my stay here. However, it was a bit on the pricier side.

I work in a hospitality media global company. I'm very perculiar and demanding on highest standard of good services and experience. This is a fantastic, lovely place to stay for family. I would highly recommend to all who demand for excellent service and experience. In addition, the location is excellent with lots of choice and beach are just a stone throw away.

This is not like Hotel, it is more like AirBNB style. Most units rented out by few different agency. You call the agent when you reach the premises, waited for 10mins for them to send you the key , check in and they will guide you to your allocated car park. Unit is big and clean, water pressure is great. About 100-200m to the beach side, not impressed, bit messy but you can walk further down for clean beach. Location is great, 10mins walking to night market, nearby restaurant, and food court.

It's a great accommodation for family with kids. The facilities worked fantastically and the smart tv allowed us to watch great movies and had access to youtube and netflix. My kids enjoyed the pool and the gym. However, there was a construction work on the beach which was quite an eyesore. And the apartment is far from the city centre. Apart from this, it truly is the perfect place for us, a family of 6. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooms were horrible. Towels were dirty, beds had stains and there were several roaches hiding around the house. Lights were also flickering. Air con does not work some times. Does not look like the pictures AT ALL. Overall, it's luck based and depends on what room you get.

The unit we rented was new and nice. Washing machine, dryer, full kitchen and cutleries available. Walking distance to beach (but the beach is very dirty..) Very jam from Georgetown to this place. If you want nice food in penang, this is not the place.

Great location by the beach, surprisingly affordable yet less known. Apartment well kept even after Covid closure except towels not so white. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen equipment all working well for our large family of 6. No sweat walking to great food local and western and whatever you might need for family. Obey house rules and you will have a great time. We will definitely come back!

Good place for vacation at batu feringgi. The condo have direct access to the beach and close to mee udang restaurant( the best I tasted so far with reasonable price)

Stayed for 3 days through Airbnb, the place was really nice. Approx 7 minutes walk to Starbucks and The Ship. Numerous watersport available nearby.

The listing was for 5 people but there were only 1 king size and 2 twin size beds. There was supposed to have been a sofa bed in the bedroom and in the living room but instead there were floor mattresses and a futon, both of which would have been unacceptable therefore we would not have booked it. The floor was not cleaned and the sheets had crumbs on them. There were no towels except for one on each bed but then we find towels in the dryer and they were not fully dry. We tried to dry them but the dryer smelled burnt. The washing machine door would not open as if it was turned off before fully finished. So we let it run but it didn't work. We washed stuff by hand and tried the dryer again but then the burning smell started again. We then found a huge clump of lint in the lint trap. Host did send someone to clean the floor and change the sheets but never responded about washing machine. Host also insisted the couch in the living room was a sofa bed when it wasn't. So 1 of us had to sleep on a futon that was not comfortable at all. False listing: there are only beds for 4.

Really great apartment building directly by the beach (situated at the end of the beach-not much through traffic). The building is 4 years old. Has a big private pool, in-house parking and direct view and access to the ocean. This is really a classy stay. Very spacious, quiet and powerful AC. On of the best during our south east asia travels. Kitchen is fully equipped... but there are also great restaurants in close vicinity.

I’m staying for 3 nights and was assisted by host Ben, the room is clean and I would give 9.6/10 rating. And Ben is also considerate and tolerable person, we were late to checkout and Ben give me few time for us to checkout. Really recommend to stay here. Looking forward to stay here in the future. Possibly the perfect place to stay in Ferringhi. Peaceful — excellent suites, great facilities + private beach. Exceeded all expectations. Doesn’t offer breakfast — we walked 3 minutes over to Hardrock for their buffet breakfast. Ask for Gary, he managed our booking and all our needs. If you’re reading this, thank Gary! We’ll be back. ☺️

Thinking of a digital nomad lifestyle...look not further. This spot will grant you wonderful sea views and breeze and some greenery on the busy beach belt of Ferringhi. Spacious apartments for one or two, a group of friends or family. You can chose to work from indoors or on your balcony. It is only a hop skip and jump to the beach for sunrise or sunset. It can get busy on weekends but you won't really bump into folks if you really tried hard:)

Spacious and clean apartment with nice view of the sea. Value for money for a staycation with family or friends. Yummy local food as well as Middle East or Western food available within walking distance of the apartment. A recommended place for a small group of people for the weekend.
