A sad reminder of the once goto place for highend shopping in the late 90s with first Coffee Bean, now in its final destination. A neglected Cold Storage supermarket struggles in its dark basement and even the indoor lighting is dark to save on electricity.

Another dead mall struggling to rise from the reclamation mud flats that marked this decade of unscrupulous beach excavations by a corrupt State government that increased densities in all highrise developments without a second thought for more affordable housing in their pursuit of amassing supernormal profits with their developer and moneygame cronies.

This mall used to be so lively with a cinema, departmental store, KFC, the OG US Pizza and many other shops. Used to come here a lot with my family during my childhood days and thus making it a very nostalgic place for me. However, it is such a sad state of affair to see what has become of it today. The mall is literally dead apart from the supermarket on LG floor, Japanese restaurant, Coffee Bean and Guardian on the ground floor and a gym on the top floor, that’s about it

This is a sad story. It was once a vibrant hip place but now almost an empty shell. The Japanese restaurant at the front of the building is good n has been there for as long as I can remember. It seems to do healthy business. The only other 2 businesses on the ground floor is coffee bean and guardian pharmacy. In the basement is Mercato supermarket or what used to be cold storage. That's it. There's nothing else but empty rooms.

Awesome not-busy mall. Mercato grocer offers good quality choices. Edo Ichi and many other cafes like Coffee Bean were awesome. Parking lots were ample.

Last time I was there the packaged chicken was rotten with a strong sulfur smell. I don't buy chicken there any more due to poor quality control.

Mercato is an uncrowded place to buy one’s groceries. Much international product. This week: Fresh Raspberries!

Quiet comfortable shopping, B'Angles still the best Cappicino in G'town! Great carrot cake But No More. Wheras the competition coffee shop opposite has great Carrot cake, however the coffee is poor! The newish coffee shop at end of row, ( nice breads also) permits seating, coffee is good their nibbles excellent!

Mercato located at basement is thriving. Most groceries are available here. Other floors, there are some offices and shop. Overall, footfall is rather quiet.

Not many shops here apart from Mercato and a few cafes/restaurants. Personally the mall feels quite dead and not very lively. Main reasons to go there are for the Japanese restaurant which is great and a few cafes near the entrance. Upstairs there’s a ballet academy and art classes. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for shopping, the grocery store is ok, not very lively. Certain areas of the mall a bit dingy. But otherwise everything else is okay, the mall is kept very clean/tidy and the people working there are nice.

A community mall for a nice Japanese food h Edo Ichi, a few cafe e.g. Meraki, Guardian, Mercato grocery. Otherwise, the mall is quite empty. From time to time, there are furniture or electrical appliances fair.

Little selection of stores. Mercato is in the lower basement and have to use the stairs. Parking is confusing.

It's not perfect place . Limited shops are there . The Cafe Merake - maybe I forgot the name - is the best. Indeed COZY

Had an emergency and needed to use the ground floor toilets. One cubicle permanently locked, the other had no lock. No paper, no soap, no towels, no hook on door. Very unpleasant experience ☹️

Run down mall... was a great place when it started but didn't manage to continue to pull in the crowds...

Nothing much happening here these days. The only interesting thing is located at the ground floor where the food is located. Edo Ichi is good but it's not cheap last I visited 😁

Cold Storage! I still prefer to shop here. Familiar with a lot of their products and arrangement. Less people too. Great options to come during covid. (I always stop by working hours. Maybe less people)

I went to a dentist there. Some shops were closed and many shop lots were not occupied because of COVID. The dentist was very good. The public restrooms were well maintained.

This place used to be nice and filled back in the day. In recent years, this place is getting emptier and emptier. You will only find most of the open shops on the ground floor and a grocery store at the basement. This place really needs some serious work in order to become a decent Plaza. I hope they can achieve that in the coming months and years, or else this place will not survive for long.

It was a nightmare getting the shopping out with two kids as you can’t take the trolly to your car. Best to shop at Lotus and the prices are lower there too.

Edo Ichi and Cold Storage anchor this plaza. Worth a visit !

I hope they'll add more brands in this mall to attract more consumers. They also need to update the interiors of the mall which is quite dated.

A great place to hang out where you can have a good choice of Japanese cuisine and your favourite choice of coffee and tea to choose from. And the supermarket is well stock with high-end groceries and wine and spirits of your desire.
