Food was great except for the sambal lady fingers which were too spicy. Thumbs up to the usage of robot to serve food. It could help to speed up the food delivery process.

I have to give 1 star. Been trying to eat here. But couldn't either because either staff told me had to wait 45min for food, or waiting at the receiving counter waiting to be seated with no staff tend to me, long enough that i got fed up and left. From what i see, the staff was all busy working. Most probably due to staff shortage problem. Just now, place is closed for 2 hours from 4-6pm for some reason.

Standard chicken rice. Crunchy & tasty Pai Tee. What's amazed me is the crew's service attitude. Most crews very polite and patient. Definitely will come again.

Short handed, no one attend to our table. Food is good as usual. We ordered assam fish set and crispy roasted chicken. RM18 for Assam fish set is really a great deal with 2 pai tee, soup, rice, vege, drinks and dessert. They're all good except for the dessert.

Would have given 5 stars but their service was disappointingly slow. There were quite a few staff and not many customers when we were there. We waited for over 5 mins just for an answer if they still got what we were looking for. We almost changed our mind and go next door after waited for 5 mins. After they sat us down, they took another several minutes to take our drinks order. It took them another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. You can imagine how long they took for the food to arrive on our table eventually. Thankfully, we were not in a hurry. Management, please have a word with your staff regarding speed. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity. The last thing you want is to see more negative reviews and low rating for being potentially one of the best in the mall.

The foods we ordered were unexpectedly good. When our orders first arrived, I was kinda disappointed because it didn't look as convincing as in the menu we saw. But when we tried them, they were surprisingly good! The sauce is a bit sticky & weird, unlike the usual chicken rice. But it tasted good. The service was so so though. The waiter & waitress were not friendly & communicative. They had this "don't talk to me" face. But since we ordered through the QR code & app, it didn't really matter. The ambience was ok, just like a regular fast food restaurant in the mall, clean & bright...

Arrived around 1:45pm on a Monday and it was still quite busy. Waited around 10 minutes for 1 person. Lots of kids running around and shouting makes the atmosphere a little unpleasant. Got the Hainanese Chicken Rice (RM 11.90) which took about 10 minutes to come out after you order from the app. It was cooked well and paired well and the rice was very fragrant. I would come back and try the roasted chicken.

The food was good with fair portion but it took them ages to bring our order. I went there for dinner with friends. After we ask about our order they said we need to order through mobile even one of the staff already had taken the order. I would certainly try new dishes but through delivery.

First time try and it s awesome can get Rm1. 8 for 1/4 chicken. But the prawns wanton really just small portion.

Nice place as always. We come here at lunch hour and get the value lunch set. You can order by their website. The robot will send your order. Not many employes but clean n nice service.

Healthy set meal at very affordable price; chicken rice, nyonya pai tee, choice of vege, steamed chicken, ginger and chilli sauce, drinks, soup and dessert. All for RM19.90.

This is a personal review. I have tried many branch of this franchise and again, there would be it's ups and downs. The food was okay, I wanted to give a 3.5 but Google wouldn't allow me. The chicken was quite dry for roasted chicken, the soup was tasteless and I'm glad with the cili and ginger sambal to save it's taste. The portion of the veggies are very less compared to the branch in 1st Avenue. But the portion for the dessert was a lot which was great. The drinks - well, the ice cubes filled my glass and I could barely drink the water, but overall all is okay, there were many customers and the food truly brought my childhood good moments back. Suggestions: Please have suggestions for less spicy or more spicy in your curry dishes. Be assured that the sup is actually have the chicken essence taste since it tasted like plain water. Pai Tee was amazing as always. Staffs are always rushing, due to high customers are loading in.
