👍👍 The noodles here are great, quite a variety and comes in a decent portion with a reasonable pricing. The milky soup noodles is a must try. The shop is a little small, so might be hard to get a table. Better to come early if it’s during the weekends. Should try the nutmeg drink as well, very refreshi... People often mention soup, fish, fried, noodles, taste, good, tomyam, milky, clear,

Feels at home where everyone is super friendly. Food is great we wished we can order everything (we did order quite a lot for 3 pax😁😅 actually). Super duper huge bonus was- we get to meet and had a quick chit chat with Penang Chief Minister and had a photo taken with him 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼!

This establishment recently moved to a new location at Nagor Road. Main star attraction is the noodles which comes in different soup flavours, i.e., milky soup, Sabah tomyam, bitter gourd, tomato, and hot & sour soup, with choice of meatballs & tofu, fried fish, freshly cooked seabass or grouper meat. Can choose noodles of your choice; thin/thick rice, Maggi or mee suah. Sabah tomyam was excellent, intense and flavourful. They don't skimp on the fish meat slices. Service was fast despite many customers on a Sat evening. More seats are available on the first floor. 10% service charge applies. Not halal as pork is on the menu.

This restaurant offers simple noodles varieties suitable for a quick meal. The fried chicken is salty, probably due to its flour and the taste of the soups (clear and tomyum) could have been better.

Food taste overall 7/10, service was a little slow and some dishes came out a lot later than others. Price is affordable about Rm 9 to 15 and sides are good to share. Parking not so easy to find there.

Took their milky soup + thick mihun + grouper fish. After a long day work, the hearty warm soup seems like healing my soul. Highly recommend.

Friendly service. Small place and nice atmosphere, got big air cond. Sabah tomyam is nice but not very spicy, more to sweet. Both fried fish or fresh fish as add-on are great. Fried tofu skin is very delicious and crispy too.

A down-to-earth, homey, family-vibe joint that serves noodles that comes in both hearty broths (milk, tomato, clear, tomyam base) as well as "kon-low" (dry) style. The portions are generous and prices fair - you get what you pay for. Was pleasantly surprised by the fried chicken chop - crunchy batter and succulent meat. Highly recommended.

No frills noodle shop. They serve a variety of noodles (dry or soup) with side dishes. The noodles served here is unique on its own. They are not commonly found in Penang. You won't go wrong with either of the soup noodles for your first visit. If you came in a group, do try out the snacks /side dishes. The taste is special as well. The portion is huge for Penang's standard. Price is about right for what they are offering. Parking space is abundant (private or public roadside) although might filled up during peak hours. Takeaways and delivery are available as well.

A small noodles restaurant in a heritage house that serves fried or fresh fish slices in a variety of soups & noodles. One can also choose snacks to go with the main course. Food price is a bit high while taste is just average.

Heritage experience with old deco houses, just like granny's as my mom would say. Had the dry Hakka noodles, at first it looks like your typical dry kolo wanton noodles , you'd be right. Only difference is the charred deep fried pork fillet which is crispy. Mostly packed with locals/ Chinese and maybe the odd western tourist.

I have makan in this place for many years from the first shop to extended to 2 shop lots and now move to the next lane opposite Piknik cafe. Taste ordinary and familiar taste, usually order tomato-clear soup with fried fish, the fried fish as usual crispy but this time rather too salty. Price increasing too. Parking is a big problem, unless really lucky otherwise 要吃就随缘吧

Super popular among the working crowd near New World Park/Nagore Square. The milky broth has Shaoxing Wine, but wasn’t too overpowering for me. The fried fish was very fresh and juicy! As for the hot & sour soup, it was very appetising and had a little kick as well!

It's a cute little shop that serves really good tomyam fish noodle soup. Their main draw is the signature milky broth which stands out among its peers. Their tomyam is at least equally commendable. But really, they have some of the best fried fish around. Dip it into the tomyam and I guarantee you'll be convinced by the flavour explosion in your mouth. Highly recommended.

Delicious fried fish with milky soup is the best. Milky soup are tick in taste without fishy smell. Will try other soup base like bitter gourd, Tomyam and Tomato soup.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I really enjoyed the milk broth! Menu was very clear and made it really easy to order. Bitter melon with fish was really good! Would come back to this one. The waiter was also very friendly and accommodating- if you’re into something that can bring out the flavors of the ingredients, this is it!

I like to come here when I want some noodle soup. You can pick and choose what you want - spicy and non-spicy options available. The fried mantou here is very nice, but the fried tofu has a weird texture and taste. I usually have the fried fish, but the steam fish is good too. The clear and milky tomato broth is good. I personally haven't tried the spicy options as I don't eat much spicy food myself.

The bihun soup are yummy and price reasonable. I ordered the clear soup with tomato and was so happy with the freshness of the soup without MSG even it looks clear. Kudos! We went pretty early and not crowded yet and people started coming in when about the time we gonna leave.

Ordered their milky soup and sabah tomyam noodle with grouper fish slices and thick vermicelli. Milky soup noodle taste pretty good, the soup didn't over powered the fish taste, pretty balanced and appetising with the tomato slices, the fried garlic add a little surprise punch aroma which is just more than good. Their Sabah tomyam were sweet and sour, not to spicy which is perfect. The well sliced grouper fish were sweet and good in overall texture. Will definitely return to try the rest of their menu.

Discovered this excellent Chinese restaurant that offers unique very delicious cuisine that are also very affordable. The place is very clean with friendly staffs. Dinner is especially nice since it is tucked in a very quiet street. Close by is the famous modern Taiwanese bubble tea, the Royal Hotel and also The Giant Supermarket.

Milk Soup: 6/10. So so. Milky flavour is there, is ones who love light taste, this is the dish. Steam Hor Fun: 5/10. Creative try but a bit salty.
