Receptionist was very friendly. Place is huge for a one bed suite. Relatively clean. Comes with washing machine dryer and induction cooker. Very useful but its Penang, a food heaven. Note that there is a flight of steps to climb once you open the door to your accommodation. Walking to the old town is doable on a less hot weather. However, its located at a very busy road so the noise was a problem, day and night. Boarding and alighting from a taxi needs to be quick.

Rating of 9 at Booking.com is a joke. First of all, they doesn't provide car parking area, for convenience it should score with fail. Please don't ever stay here if you drove to Penang. And guess what I found when I first enter the room? Previous guest's payment receipt and credit card slip on the living-room table, and sketched paper on the bedroom table. Did anyone check and clean the rooms after previous guests checked out? Obviously no.

For 2 nights over 600 MYR, I expected more from this hotel. I only get 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 3 of us. So, my 8 years old has to share the bed with us. The hotel refused to provide any bedding, not even a blanket, so at night 3 of us have to fight for the comforter. Other than the hotel have no parking and facing the street with noise at night, the hotel amenities are not fully functioning. The glass door is half way stuck, the basket in shower is broken. The washer is nice, but no clothes racket on balcony. I feel like it not a good choice is you are an visitor for foreign country. 😕 There are better ones.

Gut ausgestattete Suit. Waschmaschine mit Trockner Funktion war uns besonders wichtig. Leider war der Abfluss der Dusche komplett verstopft und der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht verstellen. Ein TV konnte kein Bild wiedergeben. Die Batterien der Klimaanlage waren alle leer. Es hat im Schlafzimmer über dem Schreibtisch geschimmelt. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße konnte nachts sehr laut sein. Es ließen sich nachts nicht alle Lampen ausschalten (wegen der Sicherheit). Das Personal war überhaupt nicht hilfreich, sodass alle Probleme auch nach drei Tagen beim auschecken noch da waren. Man musste das Personal anrufen, damit jemand zur Rezeption kommt und man seine Kaution zurückbekommt. Das hat bei uns fast 30min gedauert. Der Weg zum Flughafen ist mit Grab aber Recht schnell zu absolvieren. Um als Backpacker seine Sachen zu waschen gut geeignet, sonst gibt es bestimmt etwas besseres.

The room/flat is gorgeous. Very modern, clean, and provides everything you may need for a longer stay. PROS: Location (less than 500m from Komtar Bus terminal) Washer/dryer Daily cleaning Full kitchen Clean, spacious CONS: Check in is not very smooth as the reception is in a different location, so you'll need to call them and wait for 5-10min. One major problem we had was that twice the cleaning staff left our door room open after cleaning. The problem is that the door room leads directly to the street so we were lucky nobody noticed. All in all i would recommend this place, just try keeping your valuables in the room safe ;)

Famous for its Hailam char and the food is very delicious beside Hailam char.Very comfortable, clean and relax.A must try when you visit Penang.No regret .You will have the memory of the wok by the experience chef

Stayed for 2 nights in 2 bedroom suite for a good price of about RM$250/night. Suite is equipped with cooking kitchenware, fridge, microwave and a washing machine that has dryer function too! Love that it is spacious and homey! Only complain is we got the room right next to the reception and I think people mistaken our room as the reception and end up pressing our doorbells in the middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a family/group friendly suite without breaking their wallet. Will also be back for my next Penang trip!

It was just after midnight when we arrived and the reception was closed, we reached them and checked in shortly after. The beds were very comfortable,apartment was clean and having a washing machine was a nice detail for me. internet speed was very good and we enjoyed watching movies all day on the rainy day because the sofa was soft and very comfortable! There is a shopping center and coffee shop very close to the hotel. There are good cafes to have breakfast within a few minutes walking distance.

It is located at a very strategic location in the city center, we take Grabcar to all the famous attractions within town area. We parked our car behind the alley because the hotel didn't provide a proper parking bay for guests. The interior was great and cosy. One bad point, the hotel is located next to the roadway and vehicles crossing all the time so it will be quite noisy and irritated. Overall is just fine :)

An awesome place to stay in. Well maintained hotel with outstanding facilities inside the room.

Even though it is not coming with pools or gyms or eateries, it is a very much affordable accommodation for friends and family, for leisure or for business

Great and comfortable place for a very nice stay in George Town. Good points: Clean apartment. Nice design, everything looks classy. Functional kitchen Very comfortable beds (with big and firm mattresses). Great bathroom We really had the feeling of 4* luxury! We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite which, while not needed for 1 couple, was still really appreciated as we felt in a huge place. To be improved: While the apartment and the furniture looks in a good condition, the walls and the paint are already cracked in many locations indicating it might not last long without the need for regular extensive maintenance. The two-bedroom apartments are great, but forget about resting on the sofa in the living room, you get so much noise from the street we thought several times the door had been opened... There is now an on-site reception (huge recent improvement) from 10am to 10pm. Outside of these hours you will need to call their other hotel for check in/out procedures. It took 5min for the gentleman to come for the check-in inspection, great! I personally don't like to have the security deposit taken automatically from my credit card to be returned within 14 days. I would have preferred it to be cash. All in all, I would come back with pleasure!

Well located in the heart of Georgetown. I love the concept. The room is modern, clean and well equipped. Parking might be an issue though but not a big problem.

Great place to stay. Nice location, walking distance to deen maju and nearby mall. Parking a bit hassle, need to park at public parking by roadside. Others, perfect. Toilet may be slippery if heavy usage.

Believe this hotel was an refurbished/renovated from an old shoplot. But, dont fool by it since you will have a beautiful and very clean room. We book a room for 4 person and what we get is quite surprising. So spacious 2 bedroom with living and kitchen area. Its quite like an mini apartment 😅 Location was amazing since nearby to so many restaurant not to forget famous Nasi Kandar Deen Maju and walking distance to chew jetty as well. The only cons i find is there is no parking spaces provided at all if you bring your own car. We parked at the back of hotel which is not safe.

Good customer service. Room rate value for money. Room is spacious with cooking and washing facilities. Walking distance to Deen's Corner nasi kandar. But no parking facility. You have to find parking spot on your own. It can be quite far and difficult.
