I am not satisfied with Dr. Tow's service, she did x-ray for me but ended up she can't proceed to remove wisdom tooth and refer me to hospital to do it. Should have explained to me that you might not be able to remove before you ask me to do xray. What is the point that I did x- ray at your clinic and get charged $150 but I need to go somewhere else to remove wisdom tooth, and there is possibility to do x-ray again in hospital?

I needed dental work on a trip to Penang and used Google maps to find a dentist near my hotel. This clinic had good reviews so I passed by and was able to get appointment for later in the day. Finally I had two sessions for:- a checkup, scaling, full 180deg jaw X-ray and two filling re-instatements Dr. Tow was very exact in her work, the office is as well equipped as any one would find in the USA and the reception was organised and efficient. Thumbs up.

Had my teeth cleaned here with this super super nice, gentle and patient doctor (Dr Tow HJ). I have a super sensitive teeth and she never fail to comfort me. She also explain everything clearly! Well done! Strongly recommended ❤️🙆🏻‍♀️ So thankful to meet such a professional dentist.

Great dentist! I have been to dentists in the USA, Costa Rica, Panama, Thailand and the Philippines and this is my favorite! Great technology and super clean. The dentists are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The woman we saw, Dr. Tow Herng Jye, spoke fluent English and had a brilliant sense of humor. We may have to come back to Penang every 6 months!

Really nice staff, easy process, very gentle and quick cleanings. Dentists took time to explain options for potential procedures without any pressure. My husband had a filling replaced on his front tooth and it looked perfect! We will come back.

I have consistently received excellent dental care over the years, having sought services for both routine cleanings and fillings. The level of service provided has consistently met or exceeded my expectations.

The doctor is really good and meticulous. He gives good advises and most of all gives alternative treatment regimes which suit my budget. And his treatment lasts so i dont have to come back repeatedly . All in all i find him dedicated to his work so i have full confidence in him. The staff also are kind and efficient always with a welcoming smile.

My kid is almost 3 and she had not been cooperative during her first 2 visits but Dr Tow had been very nice and patient and didn't force the procedure on her. We waited until the 3rd visit when she was ready and Dr had done amazing job and my kid is comfortable with her. Dr had been very patient and good with kids, she had taken time to explain about the procedures and had given best suggestions. My kid went home happily as she also had given stickers by the Dr as a reward. High recommended dentist for kids for sure!

Urgh, I DESPISE visiting the dentist. Any dentist. Hadn't been for maybe12 years, call it a phobia - which Dr Andy recognised and worked around. I ended up getting quite a lot of work done on my long neglected teeth. A little stressful, but everything done perfectly, super happy w my smile now. My husband spoke highly of Dr As wife; Dr Tow.

My daughter and I went in for an appointment today and were very happy with the service we received. The staff were very professional. The dentist was great at explaining things to both of us. I got a cleaning and my daughter ended up not needing any work. We were able to get in with one days notice which would never be possible back home in the USA.

I can’t thank Dr Tow Herng Jye enough! Such a professional and friendly person, made me feel so comfortable and reassured, did a great job and made my pain go away! A few weeks prior to that, a dentist in Phuket said my toothache was caused by inflamed gums and recommended to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Lucky I didn’t go with them, as it appeared to be just a cavity they have completely missed on their x rays! Dr Tow identified it immediately and fixed it within an hour, which cost me less than 400RM.

Dr. Andy was very good! Listened to my concern and then did what I asked him to do. Then offered me more dental care that I was not expecting at a very affordable price. I will use his dental practice for all of my dental care!!

Dentist Tao is the best dentist I ever met👍👍👍 last week I bought my mom for teeth filling, during the process she is very caring and explaining what she is doing and do it very soft and nice. Today I went there for cleaning and filling, she filled my teeth perfectly and it looks like the original teeth. Thank you so much Dr Tao, you are the Best!
