this
clinic.
Date
26/01/2023,
within
the
time
frame
8.15pm
to
8.45pm.
The
front
dest/counter
staff
(Malay)
was
extremely
rude
to
me.
I
believe
she
chose
to
be
rude
because
I
was
wearing
shabby
home
clothes
and
wasn't
wearing
gold
jewelleries
like
the
Malays
do.
She
was
under
the
impression
that
she
can
bully
patients
whom
to
her
appear
'poor'.
First
she
told
me
to
close
the
glass
door
which
was
opened
for
a
long
time,
way
before
I
entered.
I
told
her
she
should
say
'please'
if
she
want
others
to
do
something
for
her.
I
already
told
her
that
I
was
having
a
migraine
prior
to
this.
She
screamed
at
me
that
she
said
please.
She
clearly
did
not
say
it.
And
then
she
screamed
at
me,
here
only
cash
ah..
screamed
twice...
payment
by
cash
only.
She
thinks
I
don't
have
money.
I
just
ignored.
Then,
as
I
was
walking
away
from
her,
she
screamed
again
..
miss,
your
IC.
She
needed
to
chat
on
the
phone,
so
couldn't
give
the
IC
immediately
after
registering.
I
am
not
a
first
timer
in
the
clinic.
And
then,
as
I
went
back
to
her
to
collect
the
IC
and
quickly
paced
away,
she
is
screaming
i
didn't
say
you
can
see
the
doctor
now.
I
am
just
walking
away,
I
didn't
put
my
hand
or
anything
on
the
door.
I
just
don't
like
to
be
in
the
vicinity
of
ludicrous
people.
I
am
having
a
migraine
with
all
the
work
I
had
to
do,
and
being
a
patient
attending
this
clinic
and
being
screamed
at
is
certainly
not
professional,
lack
of
empathy
and
speaks
volume
of
the
management
who
doesn't
care
how
patients
are
treated
in
the
clinic.
Not
only
this,
when
collecting
medicine,
she
never
explained
when
and
how
many
pills
to
take
each
time.
She
was
again
busy
with
her
handphone.
And
then
asked
if
I
need
a
receipt
for
the
cash
payment
I
made.
Yes,
genius.
Of
course.
But
I
only
said
'yes'.
And
then
she
screamed
from
another
counter
to
collect
the
receipt.
Only
good
thing
was,
at
least
the
doctors
I
met
at
the
clinic
were
well
trained
and
quite
professional
for
all
the
times
I
have
been
there.
But
surely
I
will
try
my
best
to
avoid
a
clinic
with
such
unpleasant
and
uneducated
person
sitting
at
the
counter.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
clinic
management
will
address
this
issue
wisely
so
that
patients
who
choose
to
be
at
this
clinic
are
treated
with
empathy
and
non-partiality.
Just
tired
of
rude
an
unpleasant
front
desk
people
that
too
in
a
private
practice.
I
will
give
the
doctors
6
stars
but
only
1
star
for
front
desk/counter
staff.
