One of the Drive-Thru Starbucks in Penang Island. Staffs are friendly & efficient as walk into store, but for Drive-Thru, the order kiosk's mic and speaker seem not work so properly la, they keep listen wrongly the order.😅 But overall is still a very nice environment for chill or hangout, just hope they can find a solution for the Drive-Thru order. 💪🏻 The paper form receipt is when the system was down~ It was really a special experience in Starbucks. 😆

The baristas are friendly and polite but what I can’t accept is the cleanliness and facility of this store. The floors are sticky and dirty. It is not cleaned properly. The toilets are not functional. The flushes are not working. The basic handwash basin pipe is fixed like a moron. You can’t properly wash your hands because the pipe is fixed too near to the wall. How can an established brand like Starbucks get this kind of contractor to do their store?

Now when you ask for Caramel Frappuccino with upside down caramel drizzle, this is what you mean. This literally made my day. Thank you Tlai for this amazing drink. Feeling extremely satisfied with the drink for once.

A very popular outlet, so expect long queues either through the front door or via the drive through. On the day we went, their online payment system was down. They didn't inform us while we're waiting atd the drive through. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, when it came to our turn, only then we were informed. Thankfully we had some cash to pay This outlet opens quite late.

Located near Karpal Singh Drive, great location to have Ice blended drinks such as Java Chips Frappuccino and cakes. You also can get Sandwiches and bagel.

But for me. If you wanna be hipster, can dine here. But wanna great taste coffee in mainstream line, better coffee bean or mccafe

Drive thru area a little bit small. Need to very careful in there especially wide and long car. Staff were very nice and polite.

Strategic location and nice sea view with Penang bridge. Spacious seating area, comes with both indoor and outdoor. Drive thru is available though but the lane is too narrow.

The air conditioning has been faulty since last week but no effort to repair has been taken. The entire cafe is hot and humid as the staffs have switched off those faulty air conditioning units instead. Poor Poor atmosphere

Service was totally out. Waiting period is too long. Queing for order took almost 20 mins. And waiting for drinks and food ready to collect yet another 20-25 mins. Insane. And most of the staff is incompetent. They served cold hot foods. And need to go down again to get them to reheat. I mean, there’s a SOP, but still? Also, most of the table on the outdoor seating is dirty as no one bother to clean it up.

I had experienced perfect coffee with kindly staff. On the other hand, regarding one thing I would like to talk, I required that "Please pour coffee into the mug" even triple time and I got the answer from kindly staff. But I get the coffee with the paper cup. Although the staff was kind and friendly, I require better and correct service in the future. Thank you

It happened today (13 June 2021) at 12:20pm. I was ordering a beverage using the free 1 tall complimentary handcrafted beverage with purchase of any hand crafted beverage. I ordered grande size for my green tea cream and chose dark mocha for the free complimentary but what I received was the opposite size of my two orders. What make me upset the most is all the Malay staffs were chit chatting and clearly shown insincerity in servicing their customer. The staff that served me at the counter was called Fair and the girl who making the drink also did not look at the order properly. I’ve been Starbucks long term customer (since i was 16) and this is my first time experiencing such a poor customer service from Starbucks. I’m so disappointed in Starbucks. I am also curious why are there so many staffs on duty during this FMCO period and no social distancing among them.

Always out of stock. Too disappointed. So many times i went there, my favourite menu always out of stock.

Careless and low skill workers, I ordered first amongst my friends and second batch friends even got their drinks first. Thus, as you can see in the pic, is that how you present your drinks to the customer, I paid for the whipped cream but barely got the cream👎👎👎

Very slow. And never follow the sequence! We have waited for half an hour for 2 drinks and one cake. And people who came late already gotten their orders. When questioned about it, they just said your turn soon. And this girl name NUTS is super rude. Telling us our drinks’ ingredients need more than 30mins to prepare. And 2 other customers who ordered the same drinks later than me already got their drinks. One of them is ever worse, telling us other customers’ drinks are easier to prepare even though they ordered later than us.

Baristas are friendly and polite. Downstairs look much better than upper floor. Upper floor look so pathetic & disorganized. Dirty, sticky floor..just hmmm! The cake Dream Velvety (if I remember correctly, anyhow photo is attached) is just horrible in taste. Not a nice place to chill and hang out while enjoying your drinks

Affogato taste quite similar to java chip.

I had to clean the table myself because there were no clean tables, when I wanted to order, the cashier went inside, which forced another worker to take my order after a while, though, but I enjoyed sitting there overlooking the beach.

We came at around 4am on 23 June which in google stated that it is opened 24 hours. When we wanted to went into the store, the staff straight away said ‘We’re closed’ rudely and we even heard other staffs were laughing. Leaving us a bad first impression toward this store. Please improve your communication skills , thanks.

Breakfast food is disgusting. Cold, microwaved and moist mac&cheese; super salty omelette sandwich. Coffee saves the day tho.

Despite its nice view..but your barista always take the order wrongly and add on the order without asking. Its not my first time here and facing this kind of situation. Please advice your barista to be more alert when taking order!!!

Airconditioner is faulty more than a month here and still not fixed!!!I was a regular customer in this shop. Nowadays no customers in this shop because no people visiting this shop anymore because of hot weather. I wonder if the boss in this shop is aware of how the situation in this shop is bad or he dont care!!!

Great location to hangout with a Seaview but expect the long queue at the counter. I came around 12am, most of the tables are filled with empty cups and plates. So, I had to remove it and clean it myself.
