Came here for Durian feast. The price is reasonable. Ample seating space to dine in. Spacious and open air. Staffs are very friendly. Ample parking space too. Durians were fresh.

Challenging course with many slopes, bunkers and bends. Having a caddy was super helpful and he was so friendly and helpful. Totally worth the price and a visit. Will definitely be back for more!

Food are nice and overall experience in the restaurant is unexpected 🤣 But the road to the restaurant is dark, lack of lighting, make me feel creepy and unsafe. They have the online ordering system which is awesome. However the staffs are not really familiar with it. We have order fried rice with the order code has number 10 and quantity is 1. The kitchen made 10 bowls of fried rice 😅🫣😓🥴 how are we going to finish the dishes on the table and extra 10 big bowls of fried rice. We informed the first staff when the first 5 bowls of fried rice arrive, we ordered 1, the staff said is 10 and she went out. After 10 minutes, another staffs bring the remaining 5 bowls of fried rice 😵 Finally the counter said we were order 1, kitchen made mistakes 🙄 Or maybe the kitchen staffs are craving for fries rice, if made mistakes the balance are going to them 😆

Hidden at the end of the road leading to the former Equatorial Hotel lies this club. The highlight must be the organic produce from the farm and the open space restaurant that serves Chinese and Japanese dishes. The kitchen is extremely slow to respond especially if you order dessert at the end of meal. The dishes were interestingly light and simple.

First time at this course. Traffic was unpredictable coming to the club. As I was very unfamiliar with the club I stopped at the wrong bag drop area at the main club house. Was met with a non English speaking guard who kept pointing at the driving range signaling me to drop my bag there instead. Struggled to drive over to the actual bag drop area. Wife went to register at the counter as I went to park the car. Counter Chinese lady was very rude to my wife asking her loudly in Chinese as why are we late? Wife explained to her that we were unfamiliar with the place and so on. Indian lady at counter was thankfully helpful unlike that rude Chinese lady. Had a very good caddie to navigate thru the course. Course was tight and challenging. Greens were super slow and bumpy. Can't imagine they are going to host an amateur tournament the next day. Overall nice experience other than that rude Chinese lady at the counter.

Signage getting there a bit confused for new visitor. Eventually the open space carpark place is the office for golf tee off. Very small small located just at the corner some row with where you there is a lot of buggy car stop park in front the garage. Yes. It's just like a garage but a golf course office at the buggy garage workshop corner. As I am not a locally from penang and I have mixed up with the other Penang Golf Resort and this Golf Club. Both of these place are totally different and far from each another. After talking to the Chinese Auntie at the registration counter then only I known I am arriving at the wrong place and at the very wrong time which I don't think I will be able to reach the others place on time for my booking tee off. Thus I have learnt from my recently trip here. The visitor green fee is RM200 per person twin sharing. Applied rate is for all ages. Its spend me about RM500 to play golf here with my 11 years old boy with a caddy on course.

The overall club was below average. Some areas need a lot of renovation. The fruit stand inside the club house was strange to say the least. Not much choice around..

Had a fantastic day here. Booking a tee time was easy via phone and great service when I arrived with the staff welcoming me. My caddy was excellent and I really enjoyed the course. It's shorter and fairly tight on most holes, but the elevation changes are awesome. Hole #10 tee off the signature as shown in my photos, with a huge drop to the lush fairway below setting you up for a short water carry to green. Same as any golf in South East Asia morning tee time is best in the wet season to reduce risk of being out during a thunderstorm.

It's still quite nice. Staffs are polite. Turfs are still quite well maintained. The cafe area seems old, but still okay. Went for a company event and the staffs at driving range was very kind and helpful. Toilets are clean, and everything seems okay, just a bit old. Thanks for the good time!
