Last Visit frm us..Its totally different than before now is Even Terribble No pricing In menu WTH..And vry Pricy.We were confused on pricing Cashier said Paratha is made by 2 Roti,, Then i ask thier waiter said something else used 3 Roti to make Paratha so Unprofressional dont even know They try to cheat us isit And it Cost RM5.50 for 1 damn paratha..Even They waiters not Professional Order Twice wrong order came in.Plus We waited 45min just for a Puri So long.Customer has rights to see the Pricing in MENU..They Blocked all Prices..And Its pricing gone ridiscously No more going to Ananda bahwan Tanjung bungah veryy bad service. My favorite Indian chain restaurant in Penang Island. Price is reasonable, place is clean and food is fantastic. Highly recommend the Fish fillet Butter Masala. Must try. Mee Goreng is also very nice.

Service was bad. They had the call button which did not function. Tosai was not hot as if it was made and kept for sometime, the gravy was cold. Chicken varuval was good. It is pricey but if the food was tasty then its worth it however since the tosai was just so bad it wasn’t worth it. The varuval was worth it. I am adding an extra star for the tea. Their teh tarik was GOOD. Worth the price. Overall was so so la.

This is my first time trying Indian food, I was surprised at the deliciousness of the food at this restaurant, the taste is very typical of Indian curries mixed with lamb, it's really delicious. In addition, the seafood soup here is no less special, the seafood meat is very fresh and crispy, melts in the mouth with the typical taste and broth of Malaysian dishes. The space here is very spacious and airy, has a very fragrant and typical Indian scent, the staff is very polite and friendly while talking with customers, more especially the food and drinks here are very cheap, only from RM5 you can enjoy a delicious food.

Arrived at 10:30am on a weekday. Since most of the menu is unavailable until 11:30, ordered masala tea and cheese thosai to start. The cheese thosai is served with tomato chutney, and is reminiscent of grilled cheese and tomato soup. After the kitchen opened, we ordered veg banana leaf and gobi manchurian. The latter is a malaysia-chinese fusion dish. Everything was extremely tasty.

we came here for our honeymoon.. loved the food. staffs were frenly. my german husband was enjoying our indian food.. kudos to u guys . coconut prawn curry n sotong manchurian out of the world

I like this restaurant because it has traditional style Indian cuisine, there are vegetarian dishes, the service can be haphazard so relax and enjoy tasty food at a reasonable price.

Nice Indian food and sweets. Good, sensible prices. Service needs to improve - asked three times to buy some sweets and was ignored. But the coconut rice was very tasty.

Today Afternoon we had a very good lunch at your restaurant so we planned to have dinner and we take away the food But dinner was we wasted the food becoz no quality and quantity which we had at lunch time And vip thing please maintain the consistency I am not disappointing you guys urs staff all very good they r trying their best but management ur staff need some guidance plz take care

The food was amazing and really delicious. Atmosphere is medium and we felt a bit lost when we came in and nobody really reacted. But once we sat at the table service was good and quick. We followed the recommendations for a starter and were so happy with everything we ordered. Will come back

We visited here 6 years ago and were very impressed with food quality and price. We read some more recent reviews and were a little concerned that perhaps things were not as good, particularly after COVID. We were not disappointed at all. Food just as we remembered, fresh and quick. We had more of the North Indian meals, which are our favourites and would love if we could access food this good for the price back in Sydney.

The ambience was very cool and cozy . My mum ate vege banana leaf set It was good 3.5/5 Rawa thosai 4.5/5 🙌🏾 Kesari 4.5/5 🙌🏾 Briyani with fish fried 3.5/5 Naan 4/5 Overall was ok and might came back for rawa thosai & kesari only .

I must say that this place just awesome. Very friendly staffs. Went for holiday in Penang and after the trip to Batu Feringgi beach, we had dinner here. All was good. Tried pizza naan, was so good. Prawn briyani presentation was great. Taste was good too. Even their dessert was good. It's cafe style. Different ambience from normal Indian restaurant. Must try..

Good South Indian breakfast and meals. Decent thosai, medu vadai, tandoori dishes, chapathi, veg/non-veg, and Indian sweets/savories. Very good Teh Tarik and Kopi Tarik. Clean and ample seating. If you’re driving, park at the back along Jalan Oldham, and enter from the back.

Great place to dine. If you like hot food try black pepper chicken. Friendly staff and good service along with Tiger to wash it down.
