Hard to claim as fast food.. They will call your number for collecting foods immediately after order made to hit their KPI maybe.. Made tones of people queueing while still no food being served. Some more the staff is so terrible.. Made my order at self help machine while the receipt roll run out, so nothing being printed after paid.. When told the staff so, she ask to queue from the beginning of of cash payment queue.

don't go to the drive thru...if you go you need to double check what you ordered..you pay not what you want..the restaurant is really irresponsible..for example ever bought 'nasi lemak MCD without sambal' is it worth it ..while the price of the sambal is expensive....this causes customer dissatisfaction..

Medium Prosperity Beef Burger Meal tasted good. Curly fries, beef burger with black pepper sauce and drink. Was about 20 Ringgit

McDonald's Greelane DT is one of the best branches in Pulau Penang.. Alot of parking.. Food service is fast.. The place is clean.. I really recommend it

Very crowded on weekend and busy especially during meals time. Many unclean tables from a previous occupant not clear. By the way, they do have small playground and private room for birthday party.

One of the most service efficient outlet in the country. But can be too crowded at peak time.

Though i don't really like fast food, McD have been one of my fav childhood place where we would have gathering andd meeting up with friends. You cannot deny that it somehow brings friend together.

Sofa broken and slow serving. Toilet smelly and dirty. Low maintenance playroom for kids. Disappointed.

Went for takeout just now. All the self-order device are occupied. I went to order via staff at the counter instead. The female staff look once at the self-order device & told me to order there, as they don't accept customer order at the counter. All the devices are still occupied at the very same time. I've order at the counter previous time (1 or 2weeks ago) with no problems. Confused as to why this time I'm not allowed to order at the counter. While waiting for my food, I've watched another staff (Marcus) take customers' order via counter, TWICE. AT THIS POINT, IM FURIOUS 🙂 I went to ask Marcus whether the counter do/do not take customer order. He told me "Actually we don't, but we do if you're in a rush/ devices are full of people, etc". I told him the female staff behind you said no to my order, and the devices are indeed all occupied at that time. He don't have an answer for me. I took my food and leave. Thanks McDonald's Greenlane for the superb staffs' training 😄 The HQ doesn't care about the reviews but I need a space to vent, so thanks for the venting space at least 🙂

I realized the chicken turn to smaller and thinnir. Pls maintain your quality. I bought mc deluxe spicy chicken for supper.

i would like to compain about the order that i’ve received.. i ordered 6 pcs nugget but only received 4 pcs nugget.. I also ordered happy meal but didn’t got the toy..so how could you refund my money? all the way from perak all of this i got.. i can show you a photos of food that i got..

Nice food. The fries were very crispy. The food portion was bigger than other branches.
