Although
people
always
told
us
that
we
should
go
for
local
food
when
we
go
Penang
but
I
would
seriously
recommend
you
make
a
visit
to
Blanc
for
a
nice
dining
experience
at
a
very
reasonable
price
(we
live
in
Singapore
where
fine
dining
is
charged
at
a
extra
premium).
For
context,
we
are
not
chefs
nor
food
critics
but
just
normal
people
who
likes
to
go
fine
dining
once
a
while.
Absolutely
love
the
food,
how
the
chef
executed
each
dish,
making
western
asian
fusions
that
tastes
right
in
your
mouth.
You
can
really
feel
that
the
chef
puts
a
lot
of
thoughts
in
all
these
dishes,
bringing
out
the
best
from
every
ingredient
and
putting
different
layers
in
your
mouth.
The
good:
-
The
Western
and
Asian
fusion
-
The
vibe
-
The
braised
foie
gras,
the
tausapia
dessert,
basically
most
of
the
food
we
had
The
bad:
nope.
It
was
a
really
good
meal
for
us
