Hmmm..I'm
a
patient
who
lived
in
ward
for
a
long
period
(more
than
1
month)
,
so
I
think
I
can
voice
out
for
both
the
patients
and
healthcare
worker
part.
1.
I
read
through
the
comments,
mostly
given
less
than
3
stars
bcoz
of
altitude
problem/
unprofessional
/
wait
for
long
time
in
pain.
2.
From
the
patients
side,
I'll
say
the
truth
of
most
of
the
comments
are
true.
Because
I
really
saw
how
some
staff
treat
the
patients
in
rude,
eg:
critic
the
patients
when
they
are
disable,ignore
their
call
of
help,
some
kind
of
bully.
3.From
the
healthcare
worker
side,
I
tried
to
put
in
their
shoes.
I
really
saw
HO(houseman),
who
are
very
scare
of
their
boss
(MO/Specialist)
while
duty,I
believe
that
this
must
be
cause
by
there
are
bully
exist
among
their
workplace.
Beside,
I
saw
there
are
some
of
the
patients,
also
very
rude
to
them.
I
also
saw
one
real
case
who
scold
the
staff
nurse
very
loud
in
ward
before
leave.These
might
be
the
reasons
of
why
they
are
lack
of
regard/cold
to
patients,
bcoz
they
don't
have
place
to
make
complaint
to
for
the
patients
who
bully
them.
And
someone
say,
they
are
in
service
line..
others
I
dunno,
but
for
me,
their
jobs
is
treat
you
healthy,
not
to
serve
like
babysitter/
maid
to
you.
If
you
don't
appreciate
nvm,
but
dont
bully
the
workers
without
any
reason.
4.For
the
long
hours
wait
issues,
I
believe
that
this
is
not
the
problem
only
occur
in
Malaysia.If
you
hv
read
international
news,
you
will
notice
that
even
Singapore
also
have
to
wait
min
3
hours
for
small
cases.
Here
to
educate
:
In
hospital,
will
have
green,yellow,red
zone.
Green
is
safe
zone,
means
you
still
can
walk/move/in
consious.
Red
is
in
harm/
coma,
which
needs
immediately
support/treatment.
So,
there
are
many
thousands
of
people
per
day
approach
to
the
hospital,
in
the
end,
you
will
still
receive
the
treatment,
and
dont
worry
they
wont
treat
you
till
die,
bcoz
if
they
do
so,
their
license
will
be
gantung,
then
just
to
be
patient
and
wait.
5.
For
staff
don't
care
patients
issue,
this
I
stand
neutral.
I
do
believe
that
many
people
do
not
know
in
GH,
you
have
to
take
care
yourself/
you
must
have
a
family
members
who
can
take
care
of
you
for
basic
stuff
if
you
are
disable,
bcos
there
dont
have
enough
staff.
For
example,
if
you
can't
eat,
can't
brush
ur
teeth,
how
you
expect
the
nurse
sit
down
beside
you
and
just
take
care
of
you
one
person?
Do
you
know
some
patients
if
you
want
them
to
finish
the
food..especially
elderly/
OKU/Child,
it
must
take
very
long
time.
And
there
are
only
min4
max
5
staff
nurse
to
handle
over
40
patients.
If
it's
really
busy
I
can
understand,
but
I
will
also
saw
there
have
nurse,
sitting
in
their
room
while
duty,
patients
ask
for
help
bcoz
of
pain
but
get
scolded...
In
the
end,
I
hope
KKM(Kementerian
Kesihatan)
can
more
educate
public
about
the
procedure
/
basic
cooperation
needed
from
patients
family,
how
to
relief
of
pain/
basic
understanding
of
some
medical
terms/
treatments.
Many
citizens
are
lack
of
medical
education.
Secondly,
I
do
hope
healthcare
staff,
actually
you
can
change
some
tone/
words
of
your
speak,
I
know
you
doesn't
meant
that,
but
if
you
saw
a
normal
OKU
nearby
roadside,
will
you
eye-rolling
to
them/
talk
bad
words
to
them?
I
do
believe
you
won't
and
nature
of
human-being
are
kind.
And
also,
if
workers
really
feel
uncomfortable/
bully
by
people/
feel
not
worth
doing
your
job
bcoz
of
underpaid,
pls
voice
out.Nowadays
hv
social
media,
you
can
stand
out
for
your
ownself.
Lastly,I
do
hope
patients/
consumers,
pls
stand
into
others
shoes,
their
workers
are
help
you,
they
have
to
face
thousands
of
people
per
day,
millions
of
people
in
their
life,
between
these
people
do
anyone
really
appreciate
them
from
the
bottom
of
heart?
If
you
received
help
from
other
people,
you
definitely
will
at
least
say
thank
you
to
them,
but
I
saw
many
people
after
cured/
recover
n
discharged
from
wad,
no
much
people
say
thank
you
to
those
who
save
your
life..
Actually
hospital
is
also
a
workplace,
there
are
many
back
side
that
I
can't
finished
write
in
this
note,overall,
hope
we
can
understand
each
others.
