I used to like this clinic when i met 2 ladies doc & another quite senior male doc (in his 60s). They are very professional & attentive. Until i met male doc (Singh) if not mistaken 'owner' of the clinic last few months. The doc was so rude & arrogant until he can ask me why come to his clinic? I was so disappointed & mad & ask him if he wants me to leave. His high voice until next door patient look at me. He sounds racist to me. I told him I am not MC kaki, & suddenly he apologies & sofly talked to me, saying he'll take care of me. I told him i don't want any MC but he generously gave me 2 days MC. Today i intend to go to the clinic but it reminds me of the incident so i decided to review first, not surprise with all the comments & feedback, I think he is 'sick' & phsyco & need help. Wonder why he's still operating the clinic?

Excuse me Google. Do we have 0.0000678 of stars to rate? I was diagnosed of gout and I had it quite a long time ago. So this story was sometime 10 -/+ years ago. I had a spasm on my left rib. It was my 2nd visit to the clinic, asking for treatment and medical certificate because ai was ill and unfit to work that day. A male doctor diagnosed me and found out I had a gout and it's my 2nd visit. I don't know what triggered him but he just went from knot to hundred in 1.2 seconds. He was screaming at me at the top of his lungs, warning me about the danger of gout. He was so vexed and was like he got possessed by a demon. "....)@-%)@)%-#)%-@)%-@!@/'+#-@)#-#&...! Yes, he was so concerned, yet unable to control his emotions until he bursts into a human-Godzilla. I never stepped into that clinic ever since. I forgot the name of the male doctor, but he was hairy. Like a Singh doctor. True story.

Kepada Dr Juliana tolong kalau jadi dr tu biar beradap jangan tegur orang macam adik beradik. I went to this clinic due to migraine the dr scolded me and talked rudely. Please fired this Dr or give her a warning letter she need to improve her PR if you want to be a Dr please be polite and kind.

Very bad experience. I go to this clinic around 1.00am. My daughter 5months old got high fever, cough n flu..The chinese men doctor dont ask detail just check about 2 minutes. Then he gave two types of medicine and the cost is RM73, one medicine for flu they said no stock..price is not reasonable and the service is bad.

I went to this clinic at 2.00am to check for fever, sore throat and headache and shoulder pain.. I entered the consultation room and saw doc UVA or something like that.. the doc's face just woke up and the way he spoke was very rude. .it's been 2 times I've seen the doc, it's still the same.. the doc asked me what was wrong and I told him I had a fever and a headache. Doc check me and he say i’m not fever. then he checked my throt to see if it was red.. then he asked if it hurts while eating.. I said it hurts when I swallow water.. then he told me to take medicine outside and I told him to give MC because i work at 5am.. he said I don't have a fever , why do you need MC.. so I'm too lazy to say thank you to the doc and the doc give the medicine. Rm16sore throat & RM19fluid,RM6cough (drowsy),Rm16runny nose and rm9fever. ConsultionRM20,extra charge for night consultion RM10 total RM96..you think wort it or not??i see the doc only 2min but the charge.. I returned home wondering why it was necessary to give fever medicine when the doc said there was no fever.. and I just got the time slip so I asked at the reception.. when I look at the time slip, why is the other doc's stamp not the UVA doc's stamp.. my review is better to find another clinic to stay at night because if you go to this clinic it won't work.. you as a doc have to give you a solution for pation, for example you can't eat anything or do anything. .to ease the pain..if you want to say that we can't depend on medicine alone, well there is no doc in this world..

The worst service clinic I've ever been to for a medical examination for a new job entry the clinic is very crowded with patients but can still be accepted but the receptionist should have told me in advance if I want to do a medical examination the urine is sent to the laboratory and it takes 4-5 days for this is not after I have done everything requested by the new employer, the staff at the counter told me we will call after getting the results from the laboratory. I waited until Saturday and still did not get the results. The clinic should be more sensitive to the wishes of the customer or the patient. It is likely that it is important and needs to be done quickly. I strongly do not recommend you all to go to this clinic if you need a quick result for an examination if possible I do not want to give any stars for this clinic. I wll not recommend this clinic to anyone. So sorry please improve the service. Lousy service from the counter to the clinic only the uncle who is doing the xray is nice thanks uncle .. no star rating fir this clinic

Doctor SANDEEP.T.BHAR, are so rude. All his staff are so slow didn't explain about the medicine usage. This is worst clinic that i ever vist in my life. Better ask the doctors change their attitude otherwise people will change their clinic.

The worse clinic and Dr ever!!! I went there for headache and flu, he not even check and asking questions only. For that he took RM93! Very expensive and it's not fair at all for his consultation. Don't ever go to this clinic or else they will cheat you and steal your money by poor consultation!

I am very shock with the Dr attitude and no detail checking. I have a headache, and also need to attend meeting in KL tomorrow. So, I need MC because I worried that I will vomit in bus. But the doctor said "It's not my problem". Need to complain to my company to remove them from list of panel. Besides I have headache but they prescribe sore throat and gastric medicine. Maybe want to charge more to my company?????????

I came to this clinic bcause hving gastric and food poisoning. The dr didn't consult much it just he gave injection buscopan and few medication it costs me about RM 119 ?? Like what the heck? Mahal gila. Still masih sakit this morning. Ubat bagi pon tk banyak request for tab Omeprazole pon tk nak bgi tp charge lagi rm 119?? Seriously tak kan pergi dah!

A really bad experience in the clinic ever. Bad service and the doctor very rude!! When I'm telling the doctor I'm having diarrhea, the doctor shouting at me "Kenapa sekarang baru datang" I was .................... And then, the doctor just said take take the medication will do 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

My dad got vaccine appointment under this clinic. He was told to come later when there were 6 people for a vial of Pfizer vaccine. Upon second trip to this clinic on same day (after being called by PIC) he was informed that they couldn't give him the vaccine as one of the candidates did not come due to logistic issue. Why didn't notify my dad earlier? What a waste of time and petrol money!! P/s: they didn't even apologize to my dad

Klinik paling teruk pernah pergi. Dr Sandeep is very rude. Told him i’m having headache and nauseous. Then i ask for MC he said “Not my problem”. Charged super expensive RM 81 for the poor service.

Dont come in if you see any doctors mentioned in all these reviews. The doctor i got appointed to was a male chinese doctor. Extremely nice and understanding. Registration/charges are perfect. Like i said, please confirm which doctor is in first.

Went in with a terrible headache and the so-called doctor didn’t even look at me/greeted me when I came in the room (too busy playing with phone). She acknowledged that I might have had a migraine but didn’t give me MC, only some ibuprofen which I already have lol. The “doctor” was an Indian female and was very unprofessional in her behaviours, not sure if they even care about their patients. Probably won’t come here again.
